Fantastic experience: I recently booked a package trip to lapland for myself and 3 others through this branch. I have spoken to them all in the past and know they are all very knowledgable, friendly people. On this occasion I booked with Jo who went above and beyond. I had all kinds of questions and random requests and she was on the phone, chasing inghams for me multiple times a week. Even once booked, she made a note in her calendar to chase for further details for me closer to the time which I was not expecting. I cannot recommend booking with this team enough!

Fantastic experience: The team at coop are great, Natasha was really helpful at sorting all the details for my trip, she even recommended a nice restaurant nearby which was great, although I did order the wrong food ‍♂️, but can’t blame the coop for that, it was all me. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again

The staff are all helpful and knowledgeable and go the extra mile to ensure you get perfect holiday and the most for your money. Just returned from a brilliant week in Tenerife sourced and booked by the March team - thank you all very much.

Negative experience: Too many issues too mention but Jane was extremely unhelpful and I’ll not book anything with her again the only reason I booked my last trip was because I used another member of staff who was fine Recent update I’ve just tried to email the customer service as per their response and the email address is invalid. I’m trying to email them this week because the member of staff who we complained about was in a local pub with a group of people and they verbally attacked my partner and one of them even stood on his foot! Totally unprofessional ( but this behaviour is typical of the area )

Fantastic experience: Popped in for some general advice for upcoming trips. Not only was the staff friendly and knowledgeable, but they seemed to have a real passion for their work. If you don't like online booking I'd say this is the pace to go :)
