Negative experience: Worst travel company ever. I have just been on Hajj through them, they sold us to some cheap Pakistani travel company which did not provide any basic facility in our Hajj process. They charged us £7000 for us but then sold us for 3k to some Pakistani travel agency. The hotel staff in Saudi even asked us to buy our own toilet rolls. Absolutely ridiculous. They told us that in Muna they would provide air conditioning, but we only had pedestal fan, with temperatures over 50 degrees. Tents were overcrowded. Capacity was 49 people, but they tried to fit over 100 people.

Negative experience: Sorry to say the worst travel agent I have ever seen, miss selling packages, over crowding people in Mina tents, while they slept in VIP tents, we couldn't never find our tour guide who was YASIN from Panama. He was always hiding so that we wouldn't Qestion him and pocketed most of our package money which was over £7300. Please please think about it before you book with these scammers. They have paid few people to leave good feedback for them, pls don't trust them.

Fantastic experience: I recently traveled through ak travel and panama for Hajj. I must say it was quite a pleseant experience. They fufiled all our needs through the period of hajj. I would reccomend it to everyone !

Negative experience: The transfers were efficient and hotels were near the haram. The Mecca Hotel was acceptable. The hotel in Medinah was supposed to be 4 star, instead it was in very poor condition, no heating during cold nights with kids!

Fantastic experience: I have been a loyal customer to Panama travel for many years and every single time they provide an exceptional service. The owner Mr Mukhtar is a well respected member of society understandably as he conducts his business well. I have been on Umrah twice with this company and both times my experience was extremely pleasant. Mr Yasin and Sikander made sure myself and my family were well looked after and went out of their way to help us. I also find that they do the best deals, much better and cheaper than other travel services especially for tickets to Pakistan which can be so expensive!

The customer service extremely bad, no cooperation what so ever to help the customer have a comfortable flight and very rude staff. Also I wanted to cancel my ticket for umrah because I wasn’t feeling well and I was hospitalized and they didn’t let me because they are selfish and they know that that will have to give the money back.

Fantastic experience: I got a few different quotes from difffent operators , these guys were the cheapest and the service was the best , the boss went out his way to help me cancel a ticket which I changed my mind for , it never cost him nothing so he never charged me nothing , I know from experience other travel agents will take advantage and squeeze money out of you , they found me tickets and journey route that was unbeatable by other travel agents on line and on Coventry Rd , I would say VERY HONEST, PROFESSIONAL AND HARD WORKING TEAM , BEEN IN THE SAME SPOT FOR 35 YEARS

Negative experience: They are cheats stay away from these people just come back from umrah with these guys never seen him for dust. Lost an elderly member of our group was found by another tour guide who rang Mr Yasin as he knows him he was given names of the elderly woman and family names he might recognise or look up he denied he knew any of these the woman was really distressed and upset because she was missing for hours, he did not provide anybody with any sort of ID badges or wrist bands .people who have come from poorer countries had all this in place. Also we booked a five star hotel 3 quad rooms but got double rooms with two beds added to the room his fault again for he had not booked them in advance we had to hand around for 2 hours to get those rooms would have been a lot longer if we demanded quad rooms. We were charged £220 extra per person for 5 nights in a quad room five star lets see what he has to say to some sort of compensation!. These people that have given them higher reviews must have been blackmailed. I can go on but let someone else tell you how bad they are.

Negative experience: What horrible staff. I called to ask for prices of flights and the man on the phone was so rude. First he gave me the wrong quotes, not what I had asked for. Then when I asked for him to recheck he was like "I already told you, you can calculate yourself - OK?" I mean who speaks to customers like that. So disrespectful and rude. I hope management at Panama travel looks in to this.

Negative experience: They are very nice group of individuals until you reach in Saudi Arabia Their staff over there are really out of touch with real life and sponsor in Saudi office number 50 are so poorly managed and tent in Mina are over crowded like sardines I took 4 elderly ladies with me last year I was going to post my review soon as I was back but I lost my phone SD card I found it today I got video footage of 4 share room . Avoid hajj and ummrah specialist banner It's still known in Saudi as Panama travel I hope they might change for good to provide batter service for future journeys

Many of the tour guides were helpful and knew what to do in a situation such as lost luggage or medication. Prices were fair and straightforward, the passport business went quite quick and swift as well. They are good with your money and make sure to read the fine print to ensure you are not left in a cyclical mess. Very good and would recommend to a family member or friend.

Negative experience: Worst travel services in the whole UK. Never go to them. They'll give you cheap price initially but when you give them passport and advance money they'll ask for more money. They'll not give you the passports back until you give them more money. Cheaters.
