Fantastic experience: We have just had a 5 day holiday to Blackpool and the Lake District with Limitless Travel. The staff are amazing . They attend to clients' every need and are on duty all day every day from early morning until late at night. Although many of the staff on our tour had not worked together for several years, they instantly formed a strong team and worked together to make us a perfect holiday. There was a lift to get wheelchairs and those not able to climb stairs on and off the bus and a very kind and patient bus driver. My husband and I both have disabilities so going on holiday without a lot of help has now become impossible. I think the holiday was expensive ( for our budget) but worth every penny. We would love to go on another Limitless holiday next year if we can afford it.

Fantastic experience: Our first time with Limitless which we booked with some reservation. But we need not have worried everything from booking, travelling, hotel and trips were first class. Sharon our tour manager Jocelyn our care manager and all the staff were brilliant, they really care and put a lot of effort into ensuring you have a great holiday. Nothing is too much trouble help is available all the time if required from carrying things at breakfast, help getting on and off mini buses or just a friendly chat to ask if you are ok. The hotel accommodation was first class and very accessible, the food was excellent with a very varied menu and allergies catered for with no problem. The hydro pool was great with a ramp access and enabled us to have a swim something we hadn't done for several years. We spent a couple of rest days at the hotel which was optional but enabled us to recharge for the next trip. All in all a wonderful time a holiday to remember and most of all an accessible one we had help all the way along it was a great experience. Limitless you are exceptional without you we could not have done it and can't wait to decide and book our next venture. Some may think it's a bit more expensive than normal but honestly it's worth every penny. Thanks again Debbie & Louise

Fantastic experience: I’ve been using Limitless Travel for just over a year now as I require care when travelling. I simply couldn’t travel without them. Some of the tours they offer use accommodation set up for the disabled community which makes all the difference and the team they bring on board are all amazing, helpful, friendly and supportive. Fantastic experience: I have just returned from my 3rd holiday with Limitless and would like to encourage anyone who is dithering about taking a holiday because they are disabled to try Limitless. I have a rest when I am with them as they look after you and your accessibility requirements with no worry to yourself as it has all been done beforehand. I have already booked another two holidays with Limitlessas I am so well looked after and I think that is recommendation in itself for others to try one at least. Happy holiday.

Fantastic experience: Excellent holiday in Kikki Village, near Modica Sicily. The hotel was fully accessible and provided excellent food. The vehicles used for tours and transfers were also of a high standard . The care provided by the Limitless team was second to none and ensured my friend had a superb holiday free of worry and stress.

Negative experience: I visited this site this evening as I have just received a marketing email offering a large discount and I wanted to check if people's experiences were better than my holiday with this company had been over 2 years ago. I went to the Hilton Hotel in June 2022 and found the hotel facilities to be exactly as Darren Chilton, who posted on this site a year later, described them. Other things were wrong too but I won't give chapter and verse here. I left the holiday after a day and complained vehemently and was given a full refund,even though I began my complaint by saying I did not want a refund in order thst the management would be very clear that my complaints were genuine. I just wanted them to investigate and improve. I tried to speak to Angus but was never put through to him. The concept of these holidays is good and an essential service but responsibility must be taken to ensure that accomodation is suitable. The food should also be commensurate with the hotel. At the holiday Inn it was dreadful, one could not order from the hotel menu and the manager advised me that Limitless have a small budget for food. Please do your own research before booking, checking with the hotels directly

Positive experience: Our holiday to Portsmouth dockyard, Bognor and the Isle of Wight would have been impossible all the help of limitless travel. I think the bus driver deserves special praise for his admirable patience and huge effort. We thank you for such good memories.

Fantastic experience: I did the highlands of Scotland experience with Limitless on my own. I was so frightened but was immediately put at ease when I got to my pick up point. The entire holiday was fantastic and I didn’t feel I couldn’t manage once. There was a small hiccup with my room but was very quickly sorted out by the team leader Megan. For anyone thinking these holidays are expensive, I can assure you that you get your moneys worth. The care is exceptional and the excursions are worry free and wonderful. I will be booking again ASAP. Thank you Limitless for giving me a freedom I didn’t think I’d ever have.

We would really like the opportunity to help you - but please can you confirm if you have in fact ever travelled with Limitless? We have searched your name in our records and can't find any evidence of you ever having used our service. What's more, upon looking at your profile we can see a plethora of one star reviews for different companies. Please can you confirm what you based these comments on? The comment regarding water is slightly baffling as we have never sold water on a coach so we're not sure what that comment refers to. Do you have the right company? In regards to carers, we take a tour manager and 2-3 carers to provide group support of 10-15 people. In addition we offer personalised care packages so that anyone who requires personal or one to one care has a dedicated carer for them. The quality of our care, and the well-being of our guests, is of the utmost importance to us. Its what Limitless has been built upon and the delivery of exceptional customer care is our core value, we would simply never cut corners nor prioritise cutting costs over a guests experience. So we must refute what you have said. While I understand that the price of our holidays can seem high when compared to other providers, I hope you can appreciate that this price encapsulates so much more than just a holiday. It includes premium transport, accessible accommodation, half board meals, excursions, group support, professional carers, and a dedicated tour manager. We also limit the group size to ensure a more intimate experience where every guest receives the support and care they need. We provide pick up points throughout the UK to try and cater for all of our guests but appreciate that in some cases these may not be suitable. Negative experience: Tried to book a disabled-friendly holiday, reps were friendly on the phone but just a couple of days later had to cancel as pick up point provided wasn't accessible for me and my disabled Husband who is a wheelchair user for whom I'm carer for. We were asked to pay £499 as deposit to which we did but considering booking was all done within a couple of days didn't receive any refund at all. And yet this is a firm specialising in holidays for disabled people that also doesn't provide any sort of insurance. I feel utterly embarrassed, bereft and upset losing a lot of money more so for my Husband but will never make this mistake again so lesson learned! UPDATE 18/02/23 Having a response from Limitless Travel to my review I now feel it important to add this update. I explained to the representative of Limitless Travel that getting to pick-up point was going to be difficult for us having no transport and what was initially explained a taxi might be able to get booked for us but later that decision was reviewed and then refused I said we couldn't afford to pay expensive taxi fare that would've incurred and being on a low fixed income I enquired about insurance to which I was told they don't include insurance. I asked about a refund even any partial refund to which again answer was no. After I placed my original review I received a call from a representative of Limitless Travel asking me (my disabled Husband was a witness to this conversation as it was on loud speaker) a review to a possibility of a refund could happen IF I would delete my review and change it to a 5 star rating! My reply to the representative was "This is now taking a sinister turn and sounds like blackmail to me so no I can't in good conscience tell a lie about something we didn't get!" She then became very abrupt with me after my reply and said I'll get a call back which also didn't happen. A further twist in this tale I still received advertising emails and texts from an "Angus" on behalf of Limitless Travel about holidays, obviously I've had to block these and classed as spam emails and texts. So still 1 star (1 too many) and tell "Angus" to stop. And yet still get emails from this lot but now goes straight to spam then bin where they belong!

Dear Gary, we are very sorry you have felt it necessary to leave such a review and that you have decided to make such comments. Our team worked very hard to accommodate all of your requests, we even changed the pick up route of the holiday to one closer to your home near Durham. Unfortunately, as we explained, we simply cannot pick you up from your house. There are 15 other passengers on the coach and it is not fair to them to drive an hour out of the way and back. We follow a main route up the country trying to accommodate as many requests as possible, but ultimately we are restricted by time as we always ensure we arrive at the hotel by late afternoon so that everyone can unpack before dinner. This was explained to you on the phone, you said you understood, and you subsequently said you were happy with the arrangements that had been made. As a result you decided to go ahead with the booking and so paid your deposit. This was completely your decision, and one which we made sure you were completely happy with. We understand the extensive challenges disabled people face when going on a holiday, so will always make sure that somebody is completely happy with all arrangements before we process a booking. If we think for any reason they aren't - we will not go ahead. It is why we spent so much time with you, and worked to accommodate all of your needs. We also make it very explicit at the time of booking that all deposits are non refundable. This is because as soon as a deposit is paid, we pay this to our suppliers in order to confirm your place - we don't hold onto it. We just cannot refund a deposit because you have changed your mind. There are a number of cases where we do refund deposit, such as if someone has fallen I'll or their personal circumstances have changed. But we cannot refund a deposit simply because you have changed your mind even after our team have spent a lot of time accommodating your requests and made sure you were explicitly happy with all arrangements before booking. Even so, we have offered to move your booking to another trip free or charge, or to give you the deposit back as travel credits to be used in future. We had felt that this would be appreciated, but we're sorry that it hasn't. We're also sorry that rather than contact us you have decided to leave this review. Our offer to issue travel credits still stands and we would also be very happy to move you to another trip free of charge. Best wishes, Limitless Travel

Negative experience: I contacted this outfit to see if they could meet my needs for a trip to see the Northern Lights. I spoke to Kimberley Williams, who only had very limited date options, so not very Limitless, more very Limited Travel. She asked if they could pop me on their mailing list, I said I would only agree if they didn’t bombard me with messages, she assured me they wouldn’t - I then had three emails from them within 24 hours - I told them to stop contacting me and I have now had a text message from them. Very unprofessional company, if they can’t meet a promise to not send me lots of messages, I am not convinced they will equally fail to deliver a holiday. 28/09/22 Update to this review - having told them not to contact me and remove me from their database, I received a telephone call from them, someone wanting me to change this review. I told them again that I do not want them to contact me. We will see if they have listened this time. Regardless to say I will not be modifying this review as 1 star is the lowest I can give them. Really unprofessional company.

We are a small company and we always work incredibly hard to provide disabled guests with the best experience possible at all times. Given that you have never used our service, travelled with Limitless Travel nor have you given us any opportunity to resolve this matter for you it is a shame that this has been your chosen outcome. We would always want to resolve matters for any guests. We are a company founded by and run by people with disabilities, and this is not how we would wish anyone to feel, which is why I called you as I wished to give an explanation to your points and to resolve this for you. In response to the points highlighted in your initial and updated review, I was hoping to speak to you in more detail when I called you on 25/11/22, however as we briefly discussed you would like no correspondence from us at all. Including my call then. I am sorry if this upset you, that was not my intent. As I mentioned after reading your initial comments, we wanted to confirm that you had received no further mailings since you spoke to Kimberley and asked to be removed off the mailing list last week. I apologise if was any confusion - I wasn’t calling to ask you to remove the review, we would never do that, I called in the hope of rectifying this experience for you, providing some explanation around your points and to confirm that everything was now okay.
In regards to your point about limited dates for Iceland, we are a relatively small company and at present we have pre-arranged dates for all our holidays. Iceland is a very specialist destination and as a result is something we can only run twice a year due to demand. We focus on delivering an exceptional experience when we do run it, rather than trying to run it lots of times, and therefore capacity is limited. We would never want to compromise our quality of service in order to increase volume of trips. To avoid disappointment, we encourage our travellers to book in at their earliest convenience to give everyone the best availability possible.Regarding the mailings that you received from us. I believe you received an email and text as it was the launch of our Black Friday sale that day. Throughout the year we will have different offers and discounts on our holidays; these are sent out to individuals who have agreed to be added to our mailing list, so our customers can take advantage of these promotions. As you agreed to be added you were included in our mailing list, which coincided with the largest sale of the year (Black Friday). This would be the reason why you had a text and an email from us - usually we send one email per week, to provide guests with more information about the company, our holidays and the service we provide. As explained towards the start of my reply I did want to confirm when I rang that the mailings had stopped, as I can see that the marketing button was unticked, and your information removed. Unfortunately, I was unable to gain clarity on the phone around this, (you did mention a text as we ended the call.) If you do receive any further correspondence from us, please let us know, as we could only see that we sent you one email not three.For anyone enquiring or travelling with us we aim to deliver a high level of care and a bespoke service, empowering and giving confidence to all that come away with us. Negative experience: I recently travelled with Limitless Travel to Kenya and I had a fantastic time, but this was thanks to the fantastic tour operator in Kenya, One Horizon. Africa for me was a very special bucket list holiday, so I thought I would go with a specialised company so that nothing should go wrong! How wrong was I. The only thing that Limitless Travel did with any purpose was to take money. Every other request was met with the same response, "sorry you have to do that ", from help booking internal flights in the UK, to hotel and car parking bookings, visa application and special assistance. Then there is the mandatory care call, which I never received because no-one at Limitless travel was prepared to ring me outside of normal office hours. I was told that if I didn't have the care call then company policy dictates that I could not travel with Limitless Travel. I emailed the company too ask if I was still able to travel and as of yet I am still awaiting a response. I arrived in Africa not knowing whether I had a holiday to go on. I was met at the airport by the fantastic Solomon, in a vehicle that was not wheelchair accessible, after a struggle I was able to get into the people carrier. The following morning, both Solomon and One Horizons CEO Colin arrived at the hotel. They couldn't apologise enough, they had not been told that I was a wheelchair user, but within 24 hours, two wooden ramps and a step had been made, so that I and my travel companions could access the vehicle. Not good enough Limitless Travel. However I would like to thank both of the carers who accompanied us, Eddie and Sarah who were fantastic, thank you guys. So for all the above reasons I will not be booking with Limitless Travel again, which is a real shame, because it is a great concept but so poorly executed.

Unfortunately, Limitless Travel are a tour operator providing an accessible and supported holiday experience and itinerary from your departure day to the end of your trip. Although we do provide extensive pre-tour support and guidance from our care team, we make all our guests aware at point of sales that we aren’t licensed to be able to book flights but will send all of the relevant information for you to be able to do this with our support and book onto the same flights as our tour team. With that being said we wouldn’t want any of our guests to feel overwhelmed with pre tour preparation, so we organise a care call with our Head Office Care Department to ensure that we run through each of the steps you need to know about and provide guidance ahead of your departure date. Our customer services support line and care department are always available for any inbound queries and concerns, and we send out a ‘Preparing for your trip to Kenya’ e-pack to ensure you have a complete list of all of the information you will need for your trip.I also want to make you aware that we do not arrange or organise pre-night stays for any of our holidays at Limitless Travel. Nor can we organise travel documents or visas as we have no control over this government process or travel requirement.All our bookings are subject to a Care Call from our care department, and we ensure that at point of sales each of our travellers understands and expects us to be in touch to organise this. All Limitless Travel guests receive a link to schedule in a care call at a time that works best for them within our available hours 4-6 weeks ahead of your tour departure. After looking into the bookings set for the tour I understand that our care department had made several attempts to contact you via email and telephone in order to find a time that was workable for both them and yourself and understand that the only available times given were 6am or 7.30pm in the evening. I’m sure you can appreciate with our office hours being between 9am – 5.30pm even with a slightly earlier start or slightly later finish neither of these time slots were workable with our office opening or closing hours for a 30 – 45 minute care call with one of our Care Coordinators.Although a care call is a mandatory part of our customer journey, we really didn’t want to let you down in the run up to your holiday experience to Kenya despite having difficulties getting in touch with you. I’m sorry to hear that you faced a lot of difficulties yourself on arrival into Kenya, I know that because we weren’t able to speak with you we had no way of confirming your requirements ahead of the tour. Please note that if we had been aware of your requirements we would have made every effort to ensure that these were facilitated from the outset of your stay and I’m glad to hear that as soon as we became aware on your arrival we were able to put arrangements in place to support you for the rest of your holiday.We're pleased to know that you had an excellent holiday and enjoyed the company and support of our partner tour operator in Kenya. Positive experience: Holiday was OK but not brilliant at the beginning. Holiday Inn room wasn't exactly an accessible room. Toilet was too low and there were no grab rails around the toilet and no grab rails in the wet room shower area. Shower chair/commode only just about fitted in the shower area. When in a wheelchair unable to reach the hangers in the wardrobe. Also large mobility scooter that was ordered way in advance was not available on the first day so missed the day out at Bournmouth and the sealife centre. Just sat around the hotel all the first day. From Wednesday onwards everything else went OK. The mobility scooter was sorted and I just had to manage with the hotel room. Care team were excellent.

Fantastic experience: I am beyond happy to have found Limitless Travel! Kimberley Williams is a wonder! During my planning process for a very extensive, 6 month long trip to England and beyond, I have dealt with 8 different companies that offer Accessible Travel to persons with disabilities. The quality customer service I've received from Limitless has exceeded them all. Kimberley has been endlessly responsive, interested in my personal preferences, flexible, patient with my endless questions, organized, efficient and fast! She's also been fun and just a joy to work with. The prices of the tours are also extremely reasonable. I can't wait to be in England and traveling with Limitless!

Positive experience: disastrous Christmas holiday. Not all Limitless fault but did not get raised toilet seat I paid for. Forgot to load scooter I had paid for on one day. Agony walking with stick due to spinal probs. No evening meals in hotel had to go other venues. No entertainment Xmas Day. No disabled toilets available B'ham airport or railway station . some idiot on coach blocked toilet with hand towels. M5 shut on way home, accident on M4. Coach driver brilliant and caring. People who had been on other hols said never had bad experience with Limitless before. Did meet nice lady though.

Fantastic experience: Thank God there is a firm called .limitless travel .. They make it so easy for you not to let the holiday unravel. The quartet were so attentive to every detail. They made sure your holiday was not about to fail. The hotel was purposely suited for my electric wheelchair. All my fears and worries floated away into just thin air.. The hotel was all geared up for disabled people of any disposition at all..lt didn't feel like we were Humpty Dumpty waiting to fall. The food was excellent with a choice for everyone's taste, Looking at people's plates on conclusion of a meal there was never any waste.. The entertainment and the trips out and about whether it be land or water were faultless for all to see.. The carers were always there for my new friends I'd made and me.. On the strength of one of the best holidays of my life l have now booked for a 2 week Spring cruise,and am also looking to book a Chrismas break in Tenarife.. Angus Drummond the chief and CEO should be Knighted for starting this firm up.. I take my hat off to you SIR.. Belay your Quarms and book a holiday you will not regret it...... Fantastic experience: I had a fantastic holiday with Limitless Travel in Morocco, in November this year. We visited many good places like Marrakesh, the Atlas Mountains and even went in Buggies and on Quad bikes in the desert. The tour was really well organised and tailored to the needs of a variety of people with disabilities. The staff on the tour (Dani and Marie) were friendly and always helpful when they were needed. I was able to book to have a person to push my wheelchair throughout the holiday but I like the wide diversity of assistance that Limitless Travel provide for people in such an unobtrusive way. I would recommend Limitless Travel for people with disabilities who want to travel on their own or with friends and family.

Fantastic experience: I stayed with a friend in Marrakech at the Handi Oasis for a week in November. It was like an oasis within a cacophony of motor car, bikes, cyclist and people etc. There was two talking birds, a lovely cat and turtles. You could play boules or darts. If you want to got for a swim you could easily access the pool from your room as everything was on one level and the also had a hoist for the pool for those with less mobility. The catering provided plenty of local varied dishes and you could also make request. The manager Patrick and his staff were very friendly and helpful which also included the rep of limitless Travel and the carer (Dani and Marie) who did everything in the power so that we had an enjoyable holiday. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I contacted Limitless Travel hoping to organise a holiday on short notice. My interactions were mostly with Kimberley, who was absolutely lovely. She identified a holiday package that was ideal for us, but it was fully booked! Disaster!! So she then tried to find us suitable accommodation in a nearby hotel so that we could still enjoy the benefits of the tour itinerary. That was not possible. Kimberley kept in touch with us, communicating the efforts she and her team were making on our behalf and putting in a great deal of work to try to find a solution. We were resigned to not having the holiday when Kimberley phoned to tell us of a cancellation. The information she had already sent made it quick and easy to book the flights and we are off to Cyprus!! My friend is disabled and she has been largely housebound during the entire period of the Covid pandemic. Thanks to Kimberley, her kindness and professionalism, we will now be able to enjoy what I am sure will be a wonderful holiday. Thanks to Limitless Travel; my experience thus far gives me the utmost confidence in travelling; I feel certain that all of our needs will be met and any difficulties resolved. I will be posting at the end of the holiday to report on what I think will be an amazing trip!

Although we travelled independently with me as my fathers carer, we are very grateful for his help and hope that my father will have the opportunity to travel with Limitless on one of their supported holidays. Fantastic experience: I have a dream to see the world, visit other countries, experience various ethnicities, see the old world, and of course discover cuisines, customs and cultures around the planet. But thanks to arthritis and a back injury, I became immobile and my dream of travel was shot down. It was difficult to find Tours that would accommodate me in a chair, the hotels I stayed in were often small with elevators that could not accomodate me and I was turned away at many establishments and restaurants . Heartbroken, I succumbed to the voice of a restaurant manager t Who Told me to stay home, most handicapped people should see the world via tv. Until I found Limitless Travel, and when I read its about us section, I almost felt as though they were too good to be true! They not only offered me top of the line tours at luxury hotels all over the world, but they promised to make them all accessible to me, in my chair, and if I wanted to do an excursion I didn’t have to stay in the car and hope to see it from the window, they gave me a way to get out there and experience it all: beaches, swimming, snorkeling, touring castles, museums and, Glory Hallelujah! They even offer a grand excursion in Africa where I can actually see an array of wild animals on safari! All of this with the benefit of a care team to help you with your luggage, transferring you in style in assessable vehicles and if you require any additional care or assistance they provide that as well. It is an amazing fete, a dream come true, and I just cannot summon the words to say thank you to the Young man who started this company to help fellow travelers experience the joy of seeing the world and all of its wonder without confusion or fear. Of not knowing what’s going to happen, will they have a ramp? Is the elevator big enough? Can I actually take a shower? Will they turn me away? All of these questions are answered by his team who travel around the globe finding the best accommodations for people with special needs. How can I thank you? You have taken the fear of traveling from me, and given me back my dignity and respect assuring me that I can travel and fulfill my hearts desire. Thank you!

Positive experience: The advert looked good but the reality was very different.I thought being 87 and not able to walk well this would be right for me.My house was being decorated so a good chance to get away. The Lakes seemed god. The Hotel was in the middle of Blackpool a rather shabby place,the inside was grubby.My bed was not good so i slept on top of the duvet in order not to feel the springs. The food was awful ,worse than a truck drivers cafe. I had be been that I could not take my scooter so I paid extra hire one from Limitless,it was too short for me and broken,so I had to hire one from the Hotel at £20 a day. Finally another scooter arrived an old model and NO wing mirrors which are essential for reversing!!!! I suggest that Limitless contact Quingo and get some decent scootersThe only thing I ant fault were the people Limitless employed they went above and beyond to help! Also on a long journey why was there no water available? One more thing,I am a vegetarian and Diabetic`, it would be nice to have some thought on this. D..Powell.

For all our holidays Limitless Travel endeavour to find the best Accessible hotels in an area that can support our clients whilst they are away. As I am sure you can appreciate, we accommodate a variety of individuals on our trips some of which have very complex needs. We have selected to use the hotel in Blackpool as it is one of the only hotels in the country that has pre-installed specialist equipment. A service some of our customers depend on. I am therefore so sorry to hear that you felt that some areas within the hotel could be improved upon. This is valuable information for us that we can now feed back to the hotel. They are also a small independent company, like us, so all feedback is appreciated by them. Regarding its location, all guests are made aware of the hotel’s location and name, along with any other information, before booking their holiday. You also receive detailed information about your chosen hotel ahead of the trip. We appreciate Blackpool might not be for everyone, which is why we make it clear the hotel on the Classic Lakes trip is in Blackpool. Perhaps one of our other locations would have been more suitable for you. Regarding the scooter. We would always advise an individual to hire equipment from us if we had concerns regarding it fitting onto the coach. We hire all our equipment through trusted providers around the country, due to the nature of electrics and moving parts sometimes problems can occur. I am pleased that a replacement was ordered quickly for you and delivered to the hotel. As the scooters are designed to be compact (so they can be transported easily on the coaches,) you do find that this style of scoter often comes without wing mirrors. We understand that this may not suit all our customers, so we do offer a variety of different levels of support for individuals travelling with us. For most locations we can offer Electric wheelchair hire, Scooters, Manual wheelchairs, and the Push Package. I am also sorry to hear that you struggled to get a drink whilst on the coach travelling. Due to the diverse mix of individuals, we take away, we do not often supply extra food or drink on our coaches unless stated or requested prior to travelling. We would always recommend whilst travelling bringing a drink of choice with you to have at your leisure. With this we would also encourage all travellers to take advantage of the fact that our coaches spend around an hour at each pickup location, giving guests the option to get a hot or cold drink at the services as well as using a restroom if needed. For all our holidays we contact everyone afterwards to hear each traveller’s feedback. One of the questions we ask is around the staff on the trip as they have such a crucial role to play. I am very pleased to hear that you found the staff great and that they went above and beyond to help. Fantastic experience: Apart from initial glitch because room not cleaned/cleared of rubbish from previous occupants and shower broken, the holiday overall was great. Negative experience: Never used them as a travel agent but, as a company that sells themselves on professionalism they do not seem like a professional place of work, my partner landed an interview with them, over a zoom call, not only did they not contact her AT ALL after leaving her waiting in the Zoom meeting room for nearly 45 minutes but then promptly removed the job posting all together so no feedback or any form of reply could be left. I would think a company of this size would have the decency to at least reply to candidates that are offered interviews especially after not letting them know that the interview had been cancelled or that there was no longer a position open. Would hate to see how the company is being run if they just blindly forget about interviewees waiting in meeting rooms without so much as an email or a text message or any form of contact to let them know they were no longer required.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly over the phone. Explained all my questions and were very accommodating to my requirements. No awkwardness when discussing said equipment I would definitely use this service, personally and I'd recommend to my friends. It's perfect if you've never travelled for a trip away before as a wheelchair user and you're nervous as I am. Fantastic experience: We can't thank this travel company enough, it had been 5 years since my husbands stroke leaving him in a wheelchair and 5 years since we had a break. I found Limitless on Facebook got in touch and spoke to the company owner Angus Drummond who himself was diagnosed with Muscular Dystrophy he made everything sound doable for a 5 night break to Scotland. The coach could allow my husband to stay in and travel in his electric wheelchair the hotel was accessible with an accessible bathroom. There were 4 very competent carers on the holiday there to help whenever needed, Angus and his team could not do enough for us nothing was any trouble we had the most fantastic holiday the memories will be with us for a long time to come or at least until the next time. I would highly recommend this company for a holiday or to organise your holiday it is ran by disabled people for disabled people and they know their business.

Fantastic experience: My dad has brain damage and mobility issues, he has just come back from Scotland and has had the most amazing time! He went alone but the support he received was brilliant, he made lots of friends, and I haven't seen my dad so happy in years!
