Negative experience: Really disappointed in them. They booked us flights to Singapore, business out premium economy back. Charged us £500 more than business both ways! So much for expert knowledge! They must have got a lot of commission on this. Weren’t interested in sorting out the mess. Very expensive lesson learned. Don’t use local travel agents, just do it on-line.
