Negative experience: Avoid like the plague! Horrible customer service especially from an agent called mulu. Disappointing behaviour
Positive experience: I used to love this place but since Covid hit it’s changed a lot I don’t know if that’s due to management, everyone used to be so helpful but I’ve called up multiple times and I don’t feel like anyone working there actually cares anymore! Prior to Covid I would of given a straight 5 stars to be honest

Negative experience: I went there yesterday. Female agent was annoyingly inattentive. I had to repeat my self multiple times while she was looking up at the computer for things I haven't asked for. Really disappointing experience.

We provided this information to you and answered your queries to the best of our ability. Travel is not simple right now, so of course we had to check the guidelines to every country you asked about on the different government websites.
