Fantastic experience: Blue Bay Travel was not a company on our radar until an excellent deal to the Caribbean was promoted via Travelzoo. We sat on our hands for 24 hours and almost paid the price of a missed opportunity. But Kevin took our phone call and put together a very attractive package. He was constructive and empathetic. It was a pleasure to deal with him. We'll certainly keep Kevin and the company in mind for future trips.

Fantastic experience: We don’t normally use a High Street travel agent as opposed to anyone else. This time we decided to try an online travel agent as we’ve seen lots of deals being advertised but felt they were too good to be true. How long were we? I sent Kevin an email informing as to what I wanted our holiday in February to look like not sure whether it was possible Kevin called us within minutes of receiving the email to check the details of our required holiday. I’d ask Kevin to attempt a multisite Maldives holiday by going to 2 different islands on the south atoll. Kevin informed me immediately that this would be possible and went away to get some quotes whilst waiting for an answer to one of our questions with the hotel Kevin kept me updated all day prior to finishing work that day he called to say we would have an answer the next day lo and behold the next morning at 11 o’clock Kevin had the answer and also had the price and if I told you, the price was half the price that any other that any other agent was charging, would you believe me? Kevin got me a fantastic deal for two weeks in February. Staying on two different resorts two different islands. For a total of 14 nights. I had free upgrades on both sites. He even sorted our internal transfers so that I didn’t have to fly back to Male from Gan halfway through when I was changing results. Furthermore, once we decided to book, Kevin was keen to make sure that we understood the whole booking process, sending emails and information for us to read prior to us, confirming the booking whilst holding the booking for us, I am less than six weeks out from travelling with the most fantastic deal and cannot wait to visit the island. I would definitely recommend Kevin to friends, family and others. If there was one negative, it would have to be Kevin believed that we could not get onto our virgin flights online until 48 hours prior to leaving, however after logging in this evening I have managed to pre-book my seats however, there was an additional charge for this that I did not expect no biggie though. If you’re looking for a travel agent who gives you personal service, I would definitely recommend Kevin Blue Bay travel and I certainly will be using Kevin for future holidays I’ll update my review on return from the glorious two weeks in the Maldives. Thanks Kevin couldn’t have got the deal without you. Can’t wait to tell you what the holiday was like.

Fantastic experience: I can't express how impressed I was with Kevin's service. He was great. We had a more difficult trip to plan, as we were touring independently (Not on a pre planned group tour.) I also have a disability and use a walker. Kevin listened to all my questions and concerns, had no problem finding appropriate accommodation, booking flights and car rentals. He is the BEST. I know because he was the third travel agent I tried to work with. I waited 4 months for the first one. At the end of that time I still had no concrete plans. It took Kevin about a week to plan our trip!

Fantastic experience: I’ve not used a travel agent for a while, preferring to put my own packages together but I thought I’d ask Kevin to see what he could come up with for a multi location holiday. I was really impressed with the options Kevin came up with, both in terms of locations and price and what’s more Kevin came up with the options really quickly. Fantastic experience: Kevin was an absolute delight. He has been amazing. He worked to the budget I set, sending me various different options and embellished them with top tips and recommendations. Couldn't have asked for a better service. It is so refreshing to have the personal aroach, actually being able to phone Kevin and have continuity, along with great conversation. Fantastic experience: I haven't used a travel agent before so have nothing to compare to - but Kevin has been absolutely outstanding, he has been extremely organised, responsive and getting me the best deals possible and sorting literally everything out for me. I cannot fault him in any way. He even helped me outside of his working hours. My holiday booking situation was changed several times but Kevin was straight on it and he has got me so many good deals and I honestly just think he's fantastic at his job- He is very friendly, offers loads of advice and goes through everything in detail with you.
