Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Trailfinders to plan a multi-centre trip, and I have to commend their rep, Katy Drew, for her exceptional service over the phone. From our first conversation, it was evident that Katy was a true expert in her field, master-of-her-subject. She immediately picked up on key details that I hadn’t even considered, such as the impact of time zone changes on my itinerary. For example, she suggested booking a hotel room for the night before our arrival, ensuring we could check in at 5:00 AM without any delays—a detail that made all the difference in our comfort. After I provided a rough outline of our trip, Katy asked me to give her some time to refine the details. To my surprise, she was back on the phone within just two hours, ready to walk me through a comprehensive and well-thought-out plan. Her confidence and knowledge were evident, and I didn’t hesitate to confirm the bookings right away. A few days later, I decided to upgrade our flights and hotel rooms. Katy handled these changes with remarkable efficiency. In no time, everything was updated and seamlessly accessible through the Trailfinders app, which made keeping track of our journey a breeze. No hidden agenda just acknowledging a straightforward, high-quality service. I’m more than pleased with the experience and will definitely be returning to Trailfinders for future trips. A big thank you to Katy for representing the company so well and making my travel planning effortless and a fabulous experience for my wife and I.

Fantastic experience: We've booked our last three holidays here, the last 2 due to the great service we received on our first visit. On all occasions the staff have been fantastically helpful, explaining the various options available and offering others that hadn't occurred to us- all prompted by the fact most of them seemed to have been to a good number of the destinations in their brochures and are speaking from experience! The service they've given during covid has been second to none- we've had a trip to Canada on ice since June 2020 and they were really good about offering a full refund if we wanted one (we chose to rebook for 2022 instead)). Will definitely book more with them in the future.

Fantastic experience: We went to Trailfinders on Saturday to explore the possibility of a Vegas holiday this year. The shop is very nice and clean inside, drinks were offered, and the staff were very friendly. Having sat down with Suvira, we were shown a variety of options (room configurations, benefits of a suite, location and such) and she was very patient as we walked through each of them, providing helpful suggestions and information about Vegas in general. After talking us through the options and helping us come to the right decision for us, we booked the holiday, paid our deposit and we now have the ability to pay off the balance until 2 months before we fly which makes the payment process incredibly relaxed and flexible. Overall, I would definitely recommend Trailfinders, and in particular Suvira, to anybody looking to book a holiday.

Fantastic experience: Amazing service from Suvira. We went on what was suppose to be a fact finding mission about Vegas but ended up booking. That being said, in no way did we feel pressured into anything. I would definitely book again with Trailfinders and would recommend to anyone. Top class!

Fantastic experience: We went into Trailfinders after being to another travel agent shop in town in hopes of obtaining costings for travel and accommodation for a trip to Vegas. At the previous travel agent shop, my friend and I felt like we were being pushed to make a purchase and that the member of staff was not listening to what we were wanting. The experience we had at Trailfinders was 1000 times better - Suvira was incredibly accommodating, listened to what we wanted in regards to accommodation and, while we were only there to get prices, we ended up booking! We got an excellent deal on our flights and accommodation. The experience at Trailfinders was an excellent way to kick off our Vegas holiday! I will definitely be returning to Trailfinders to book other holiday that I have planned for the future and I recommend that others look to using Trailfinders as well.
