Fantastic experience: Had a lovely 5 day break in Southport which we really enjoyed. Disappointed no entertainment in hotel we were OK we can walk but there were people who couldn't walk so not really good for them. Also the coach left at 9am really rushed in the morning and only 1 stop after we had been on the coach an hour otherwise

Fantastic experience: Our family only travel with Gee vee travels its a great company you can have a laugh with the driver and the lady at the hillsborough shop always has a smile on her face when you walk in as she always says hello or morning if she as someone at her desk she will always say I will not be a minute.

Fantastic experience: Went on the mystery tour. Nice surprise to go to Torquay. Driver was thoughtful and helpfull. Hotel really good with lovely food, friendly staff. Included was Christmas and boxing day lunch. That was big surprise. All in all a very pleasing experience all round. Can't wait for next year's brochure to come out to plan next experience.

Negative experience: Absolute disgrace of a driver. Advertise as having a toilet you can use. The diver told us if one more person goes he will lock the toilet. People with any medical condition was disregarded and expressly told they could not use the facilities. If anyone went he was breaking heavily and with no cause while they were in there. Also as pulling out of Whitby made an announcement that if he finds out who has fish and chips on the bus he will pull up on the moors and call the police and throw the person off. No one had any fish and chips. The company should be ashamed of having staff represent them in such a way. Using covid as an excuse as to remove tissue and hand washing facilities from the coach. The driver told us it costs £60 to charge the toilet, it was used in the way out with no issue. Driver was argumentative from the off.

Positive experience: Just returned from a week in I.O.W. Disappointed in lack of organisation. Wasn’t asked where we wanted to be picked up from & would have liked to know what the day trips were beforehand. We had 2 half day & 1 full day trip, instead of 2 full day & 1 half day trips.

Fantastic experience: Very helpful lovely staff. Shop can get quite busy and you may have to wait a little while. Brilliant help on the phone when enquiring about forthcoming trips

Negative experience: Would really like to award more stars but unfortunately we were told the wrong pick up point which was very stressful the coach, journey and driver were all fine but if you start your day stressed then it's hard to enjoy we hope to travel again soon and then hopefully our experience will be a much better one

Fantastic experience: Went with gee vee to Scarborough on 15th August had a brilliant time shame a lot of traffic on road there but very patient driver got us there and back lovely clean comfortable coaches would recommend gee vee to anyone

Positive experience: We have been on lots of GeeVee holidays and always find them extremely good value for money. The coach drivers are always pleasant and the hotels always clean with decent food. We enjoy the various day trips and evening entertainment also. Last year we went to Harrogate, Llandudno, Bridlington and Skegness and enjoyed every trip.
