Brilliant Travel

Negative experience: Booking made for a wine tasting in Barcelona. Deposit was paid yet they put the wrong date on their calendar (17th not 16th). When we arrived at the venue and no one was there, we called and discovered the mistake. They offered to rebook or to refund us. As we did not have time to rebook, we asked for the refund. Months later, no refund and they have stopped responding to emails. I can't recommend them to others because of this.

Fantastic experience: Darby arranged a holiday for us to attend a wedding in Greece followed by a few days visiting some of the Greek islands and every single one of his recommendations (which we accepted) were superb. Location excellent, accommodation excellent and everything went exactly as planned - even down to the taxi which was booked to take us back to the airport arriving bang on time. I would definitely recommend using this service as it took all the stress and strain away and all we had to do was turn up and enjoy the holiday. Perfect!
