From the first introduction, the excellent questions she asked and great solutions, to our very sketchy requirements, Adel came up with a dream itinerary to suit myself and my husband (opposite holiday requests) at a price we were very happy with. Nothing short of a miracle !

Negative experience: Disappointing, the establishment was recommended to my party by another business in this resort, on arrival at approximately 7 o’clock my group of 7 were told that due to the fact they had been busy there was only fillet steak left, on arrival our arrival there was on 4-6 customers, however they were able to rustle up one sirloin. presentation poor (sorry no photos) I was so disappointed as was my party. Need to up their game and not disappoint their customers.

Fantastic experience: Trailfinders Belfast a company you can depend on. We recently returned from a long awaited trip to South Africa( delayed due to Covid). During our trip booked and organised by the Belfast Branch we encountered several disappointing aspects in relation to quality of accommodation. I made contact with both local management of these accommodations and also management of Trailfinders through the Trailview app. I got an almost immediate response from Trailfinders in Belfast who did their best to solve our problems together with local management. On our return home Sinead the local manager telephoned me and took on board our issues with the properties. We have also received a generous refund in respect of the properties which fell below acceptable standard as advertised. I would have no hesitation in booking with Trailfinders again for future trips as I can confidently say that thing will be well organised and in the event of any misfortunes the company have your back to solve them

Positive experience: My niece went in to make enquiries on both of us travelling to Australia & various prices for times of year. So it was entered on computer in her name. When I went in in person to pay flights the main person was down as her so I asked yo have it changed to me & paid for it.onmaking a further enquiry via long phone queue I was told the main person was my niece & what was my name! Then I bought their flight insurance but advised to to phone a number on my itinerary to add underlying conditions.i did ring to be told via English dept that they cdnt insure me & gave me other numbers to ring.i did this & picked one company paid extra & was told I didn't need TRAILfinders insurance & shdnt have been sold it as I now had 2 insurances!!!!

Negative experience: While the company themselves are fantastic and efficient unfortunately they use a broker in England CSAL who do not reply to or settle claims so taking a policy out through this company is pointless. I think it's important anyone taking a policy out with this broker is aware of the fact that they will be unlikely to receive a settlement if they have to claim. I sent all my paperwork in February, I have yet to receive anything other than generic emails saying they will get back to me. I have referred the matter to the Financial Ombudsman in the UK now which is such a waste of my own personal time also.

Trailfinders kept in touch with us with regular updates and we received our refund in total, hassle free. Negative experience: Weren't overly helpful. Rang a couple days later on phone to book a holiday and still waiting on prices at the minute from 2.5 weeks ago!

Negative experience: The man l dealt with yesterday afternoon was very condescending and even asked me why lm bringing my child to the uk and not booking her a return flight. He also told me to book a flight from south africa because apparently they cannot help me with no clear reason why. I am definitely not going back there as l was made to feel like a nuisance to him and not someone he is willing to help.

Negative experience: The most unhelpful arrogant and condescending customer experience I've encountered in years. Offered me a 12 month ticket for a 6 month trip. When I told her I didn't want 12 months, her response was, 'It is what it is.' This 'attitude' actually done me a favour in the end, as I walked just round the corner, to Howard street, and Oasis Travel. Oasis were able to offer me a great price for the same 6 month trip (so much for it is what it is), and told me if I could find better dates or prices online, they would try their best to book those for me. Do yourself a favour and walk 100 metres, just around the corner, to Oasis Travel, in Howard Street, for a geniinely helpful, and pleasant service.
