Fantastic experience: Booked a P&O cruise with the help of Jack Gore. He provided excellent assistance, knowledge and patience. We hope and are sure the cruise will be as successful as we expect. Highly recommended Cardiff branch of Trailfinders.

Positive experience: Just arrived back with Singapore airlines from New Zealand ,disappointed on the trip back as we were advised by trailfinder business to stop over in Singapore as there was less than an hour to catch the next flight .Found out when we arrived in Singapore that the next flight was in 3 hours ,we were told that the hotel was in the airport but we weren't told that we would have to get a visa as we were going out of airport's boundaries. I think the gentleman was looking at New Zealand times when looking at the next flight.This cost us an extra day's travel and the extra cost of booking a hotel which we didn't need.

Fantastic experience: Travelled with Trailfinders many times in the last 25 years, never had a problem. Same can be said of our most recent trip to Thailand for 17 nights, Phuket,Koh Samui,Bangkok. Wonderfull hotels and the transfers were timed perfect from airport to hotel and vice versa. Will most definitely be booking with them again.Well done.

Fantastic experience: Trip to Australia via Singapore as the pandemic hit we had our flights cancelled for our return journey. Looked after by Trail finders and they returned the hotel in Singapore money we had paid when the insurance company would not. Well done Trailfinders are booking with them again.

It wasn't straightforward as I was booking it for someone else, but Natasha Joyce was extremely helpful and gave excellent and assiduous service. She could not have been more helpful. I have used Trailfinders many times over the past few years and they are consistently excellent, and are particularly reliable with complicated travel arrangements. I am not surprised that they are always the Which? recommended holiday provider. Perfect!

Fantastic experience: The best travel agents my partner and I have ever used. They give a totally professional service and have great knowledge of some of the more unusual trips around the world. We booked a total of 7 flights with them just before lockdown and all our money was refunded even though they had not been reimbursed. We shall certainly use them again and would advise people not to consider using any other high street travel agent.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing when we had problems! Our son and his girlfriend were in Nepal when the government announced flights would stop in just 48 hours. Trailfinders had 2 people who spent an hour each and managed to book what were possibly the last seats on a plane out. It was one of the most worrying times for us and Trailfinders felt like an extra emergency service. Just amazing service. Thank you Trailfiinders!

Fantastic experience: Excellent service from the Trailfinders team in these challenging times. Last autumn we booked the holiday of a lifetime for this July. Throughout the intervening period we have been kept informed and with the holiday just cancelled we have been told our full refund is on its way. We look forward to going back to Trailfinders to rebook when the impact of the virus has lessened.

Fantastic experience: The service we received from Trailfinders in planning and organising a recent trip to New Zealand was excellent. The staff seemed genuinely interested in us and our holiday, and were both helpful and flexible in tailoring suggestions to our, sometimes changing, requirements. They were quick to respond to issues and questions when needed, both before and during our trip. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again.

Positive experience: Great service. Took the pain out of online booking and was no more expensive. Would be 5* if there was a smartphone app.

Negative experience: Be careful with the terms and conditions. They were not explained to me fully and I ended in dispute with Trailfinders. They excepted that they did things wrong but would not correct the situation hiding behind their written terms and conditions. Will not use again.

Negative experience: Any travel agent that wakes you at 3am during your trip to Canada to tell you that you need to book the next hotel yourself as they have used their 'allocation' should not be allowed loose on holidays with a time difference. P.S. He also booked our ferry in his own name!!!???

Positive experience: Now the dust has settled on our Canadian holiday booking V74896 It occurred to me that I should give you some feedback. The hotels with one exception were superb, with friendly and helpful staff, the scenery was astounding,the roads were generally empty and the itinery enabled us to get a good view of the country without being over stretched. The only area with which we were not completely satisfied was our stay at the Fairmont Lake Louise. 1 We arrived early afternoon, and were told that if we wanted a drink whilst our room was prepared we would have to join a waiting list. we did not expect to take up our room immediately, but queing for a drink? We had dropped in for a drink on "spec" at the Fairmont Banff Springs and were served almost immediately although we were not staying there! "2. When we got to the room It was not air conditioned, so we had to have the windows open as it was unusually warm weather. Beneath the windows were the kitchen extractor fans, running most of the night. 3. I had to report that he washbasin plug did not work, The shower handle was very loose, and the bath plug was detached. I do not think I should need to report such faults in a hotel of this caliber..
