Fantastic experience: Ebrahim created an amazing, bespoke trip for us! It was our honeymoon and it was such a relaxing and easy process with Cloud Nine. They arranged a 15 day trip, first stop was Bali where we stayed at Tanadewa Resort & Spa in Ubud. We had our own private villa with a pool and it was the best start to our honeymoon. We then stayed at the Sofitel in Nusa Dua which was a stunning hotel. Lastly we stayed 7 nights in the Anantara Downtown in Dubai, again the hotel was amazing. From start to finish, we received exceptional service, treatment and complimentary upgrades, thanks to Cloud Nine. They were highly responsive to our requests and very communicative. Thank you to the team! :)

Fantastic experience: Gave a package of a resort in Zanzibar and a hotel in Dubai and it was exactly how he said it and they were such good hotels. We stayed at Hotel Riu Jambo and JW Mariott and we would recommend them to anyone. We also tried to find flights/hotels for similar price but couldn’t get close to the price Cloud9 gave us. Overall 10/10 and would definitely use Cloud9 in the future.

Fantastic experience: Where do i start?! We had the most amazing time on our honeymoon alhamdulillah! The Pullman Maldives was recommended to us by Cloud Nine and it was breathtaking, everything from the vast food options to our beautiful overwater villa - we genuinely miss it so much! The service was incredible and the island itself is the perfect retreat for couples of all ages. Equally, Dubai was amazing and our hotel was really lovely. The room at the Rixos JBR was spacious and the view was absolutely beautiful mashallah. The service at the Rixos was also excellent. Thankyou to Ebrahim for all his help in planning our perfect honeymoon. We will definitely be coming to Cloud Nine again for another luxury escape and have already recommended you to many of our family and friends. Fantastic experience: Well where do i start with Ebrahim bhai and his little gang of workers lol These guys from the start of booking it to the middle to the end till we landed were fantastic consistently checked if we was ok if hotels were ok there recommendations for hotels are exemplary they know exactly what they are talking about its worth going through them as they have a fantastic repertoire with the hotel providers so any special requests made by these guys usually were granted all Alhamdulilah Hotel choices were 10/10 nothing to complain about his food selection for the restaurants withing these hotels was amazing because the buffets were amazing the A’la Carte menus were amazing too soo much choice to choose from and genuinely gave cloud 9s team plenty of dua! I highly highly recommend these guys do not hesitate to book with them book early because these guys are hella busy!! They wont be beaten on price either also if they are £50-100 more trust me pay it! Fantastic experience: Thank you so much for taking care of our holiday to Dubai. This was the 4th time we booked with Cloud Nine Luxury Travel, the service we’ve received was exceptional. Our flights and hotel itineraries were seamless, exactly what we needed when travelling with a toddler. We loved the Palace downtown hotel, a stunning property in the centre of Dubai, we opted for a spacious junior suite. Located walking distance to the mall of Dubai, with lots of dining options and and a view of the dancing fountains. The second leg of the trip was a stay at Palm Jumeirah Zabeel Saray hotel, a sublime luxurious stay, having the deluxe King Arabian Sea view room. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was serviced twice a day which I thought was fantastic. This hotel offered the best spa experience whilst being a guest of theirs, we also enjoyed a number of restaurants within the Jumeirah group hotels that were available as dine around options. Also as this was a special holiday celebrating my birthday, cloud nine made sure our Hotel provided number of complimentary surprises which made the trip even more memorable.

Fantastic experience: Where do i start! We used Cloud Nine Travel to book our honeymoon. I initially tried booking everything myself but it was difficult trying to get the perfect resort at the perfect price! Also when spending thousands of pounds on travelling to the other side of the world, booking through cloud nine gave me some peace knowing they deal with these kind of bookings daily and therefore are aware and able to share their expertise such as the best flights, locations and general issues when traveling to certain locations. Ebrahim gave me a few different honeymoon destinations such as Bali and Singapore however me and my wife had the Maldives in mind and he worked with that alongside my budget. The resort Ebrahim ended up booking for us was the BEST i’ve ever experienced in every aspect such as customer service, cleanliness, location and most importantly food as we had an all inclusive package which is a must when staying on a island resort. The resort went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special and provided many complimentary services such as massages, room upgrades and access to other amenities. Cloud Nine took care of everything and i’m very happy everything went as smooth as possible. Fyi: My entire booking was done via phone calls as i was cutting it close to our wedding date and therefore never had the chance to book an ‘in-person’ meeting and visit the Cloud Nine office.

This is why we keep going back to Cloud Nine to book our family holidays. This time it was Mauritius and Dubai. Arif has looked after our holidays for 4 -5 years now and Ibraheem came in with feedback for the resort in Mauritius. Fantastic experience: The most wonderful experiance can't fault anything the whole trip went smoothly. We stayed at W Doha in Qatar and the service was impeccable and the hotel was beautiful everything you could want was there from the breakfast buffet to the facilities and the easy access to the amazing sights to see. Fantastic experience: Brilliant experience the hotel was amazing and flight times were great. The hotel gave a free complimentary cake as well an upgrade for our room, which made our holiday all the more enjoyable. Just wished the hotel would have allowed us to check in earlier as we landed at 8am but could not get into our rooms until 3pm which was when check in was.

Fantastic experience: Jzk to the cloud nine team for booking us our dream holiday! The resort in Maldives was absolutely perfect, it was like waking up in a dream everyday! The island had so much to do and such a huge variety of food choices at the restaurants, we definitely made the most of it! The hotel in Dubai was also one of the best hotels we have been to, the infinity pool on the rooftop was definitely a highlight! It was well and truly an unforgettable honeymoon. The service and communication from cloud nine after booking up until we were back was unmatched, and we will be back to book our future holidays IA!

Fantastic experience: We have just arrived from a two week holiday in Mauritius and Dubai. I have used Travel Agents before but I feel the assurances provided by Ebrahim @ CloudNineTravel have been exemplary, as he has been approachable, conscientious and knowledgeable, when booking the holiday. The hotel in Mauritius was picturesque, we had milestones that we were celebrating and this was more than accomodated for during our stay, making it a very special trip even though we weren’t traditional honeymooners. Although, not a reflection of Ebrahim:- the only issues we had were minor: 1. Expenses at the hotel especially around billing for items that werent used - we would expect due care and attention from a luxury rated hotel. 2. We had issues with early then usual check-in/check-out etc. We did raise this with the hotel management and was definitely a learning experience for us in general. 3. I would also not recommend using SummerTimes for transfers as we were put in a shared taxi and they weren’t able to accomodate a change in our travel plans prior to our departure. Overall, despite some of the reviews on the internet, we felt the holiday was amazing. I am postive that we shall be using Cloud Nine Travel again in the future. Thanks to Ebrahim and team.
