Negative experience: Not the same, very unorganised, no contact when promised...... used them for years, time to change I think.

Negative experience: Make sure you get your transfer s I had to pay 900 euros I have been waiting 5 months they think I’m going to give up on it but I’m not there I payed them so they should give it me back

Negative experience: Been waiting over 19 weeks for my holiday refund.... no communication, just getting past on with longer refund dates (easy jet gave them the money back week after cancellation so they have it) I would avoid at all cost.

Negative experience: Rude, bad attitude and will never use again. Female was like a robot and stated 24 hours for money back after TUI cancelled but when calling back stated 28 days!!! DO NOT USE AS THEY CALL YOU A LIAR!!!

Negative experience: Really poor exchange rate, strongly advised to take Turkish Lire luckily I stuck to what I thought to be right and only took a few. No body wants them bars, taxis, shops all refused to take them, poor advice. Will go elsewhere for my money in future!!

Negative experience: Only book if you havent got a complaint. After booking a Jet2 package with Tracey. We arrived at the Fuerventura Princess to find major renovation work which we had not had prior warning. It was a building site. We had no in resort helper. so today we called in spoke with Alex who told us we would have to put our complaint in writing and her behaviour implied she just couldnt be bothered. After pushing the point she said they could put a covering letter with it. My husband was thirsty and said we would get a drink. Alex didnt offer to let us sit there and write the complaint or offer a coffee as Tracey had when booking it!!
