Fantastic experience: Perfect perfect family holiday, first time going away with my little girl. Second day and loving every second. Booked at Cambridge branch with Alfie who was on hand every time I had a worry or question. Next holiday it will be Alfie I go to!! Massive thanks to ( primarily Alfie ) and TUI

Fantastic experience: Spoke to Alfie at the Cambridge TUI store this morning and he was absolutely brilliant in sorting out changes to my holiday booking. So nice to speak to someone rather than holding on for hours on the TUI phone line and getting nowhere.

Fantastic experience: Went along with my son , couple of months,ago ,to book a holiday to Australia for him to visit his brother ,who is living over there at the moment, my son although he 26 has never flown alone ,and was pensive about booking on his own , and getting things right , he asked me to go along with him , we saw Jay who helped every step of the way , she made everything, go very smoothly, was extremely helpful,my son spent 3weeks with his brother, and enjoyed being a novice first time ,flyer , he returned.last Sunday , thank you Jay , for making things go so smoothly .
