Negative experience: The only positive was the Hotel quality with our 3 centre stay, the issues arose when I tried to contact flights and packages, ignored and lied to. We had trian transfers included in the package, but no train times or station details given, despite multiple attempts made for information. In summary, avoid this company, we were lucky, as we managed ourselves but other customers were not the same , following readings the reviews

Fantastic experience: Our South India exploration has been superb. Great tour destinations, comfortable clean hotels, exciting variety of experiences and environments, tip top guides and a very attentive driver called Titus. He sorted everything out for us- tickets- coffee breaks- parking us nearest to entrances and offering great info on our locations. Always prompt and kept us safe and informed. The car was always immaculate with fresh water everyday. Nothing was too much trouble for him. Highlights must include- wayanad and the stay and guiding of the wildlife there, the palace at Mysore and our lovely regal guide Raja who treated us to Mysore pak at the end of the day, the houseboat was serene and calm and a delightful contrast . We found everyone friendly and chatty and helpful. We have even learned the Indian head wobble!!!!! The relaxing break at Poovar at the end is welcome and restful- lots of fab extras: massage and mangrove trip and the hotel staff are great. Mr Prateesh Thomas has responded promptly and efficiently to our questions. I would recommend this trip and flights and packages to my friends. Thank you very much everyone. A highlight of our lives.

Negative experience: One of the worst companies I've dealt with. They're great until they've got your money and the sign of a slight issue and expect to be ignored. We went with them as they had a good deal on a Cruise to the med. They booked us flights out with Jet2 and back with Vuwling (new Spanish flight operator). The issue arose when we asked if we would have the same luggage/baggage on both outbound and inbound flights (why would anyone want anything different?!) we were told by Grace that it was the same and she confirmed this by email, so we went away happy that the trip should go without hiccup. No issues with Jet2 and their service was great. On the return flight with Vuwling everything went wrong. They would not let us take the hand luggage onboard without paying £155 for 2 bags. They specified that these had not been paid for. Considering we arranged everything through Flights and Packages and had it confirmed, this should not have been an issue. Upon our return we made contact with Flights and Packages for them to reimburse us the money and they have since ignored all emails to them. Shame really as my family has a tendency to go on a number of holidays and cruises and we wouldn't use them again. Stay well away.

Negative experience: Terrible customer service. They put us in a hotel that was like the house of horrors. Supposedly 3 star. I wouldn’t give it 1 star. Plus extremely rude staff. Don’t use this company.

Negative experience: It’s 3 guys winging it in a tiny office, zero customer care, aftercare . Not capable of dealing with even minor problems.

Negative experience: I wish I had read the reviews of this company before I purchased a holiday from them. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! AVOID AVOID AVOID! Absolutely 0 customer care. Took money and didn't bother to inform us of changes made to flights and transfers etc. We had to cover new flights at our own expense because they changed the times. They will ignore you once they have your money. Absolute scam.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs,they never answer emails or phone calls,account manager Steven ireland is a disgrace to his profession,totally ignores you for weeks on end on reason I got money back was because Norwegian cruise was involved, I was going to say I dont know how the man can sleep at nights but a rel man wouldnt treat other people the way he does he is the lowest of the low,,a rat

Negative experience: Do not use this Company in my experience they are only interested in taking you money after which they avoid taking calls answering emails. My cruise holiday was cancelled and despite several phone calls no one admitted it!They try to dodge responsibility at every turn. They are not members of ABTA- no surprise-so you have to resort to legal action. Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Negative experience: I have been trying to claim a refund from this company for months, the agent I have been dealing with does not reply to my emails, I have been lied to on many occasions, the only way to communicate is with live chat & have it subscribed to email as evidence although they still don’t respond to any evidence you give. The customer service is appalling, I have asked for the contact no of a manager on many occasions & these requests have fallen on deaf ears too. I want my money back!!!

Negative experience: Please please avoid this company. They suffer with poor customer service. Non responsive to emails. You can't get through to the person dealing with your booking and Refund claim. We paid in July 2019 a deposit. The balance paid December 2019. Alas due to COVID19 the holiday was cancelled in March 2020. At first no feed back from them. Then told refunds would be given. Then told to wait another 4 weeks. The deadline was 31st July 2020. We are owed £3000. As a previous reviewer said we wanted to give them time and showed a lot of patience. But this company needs to get their act together. People have Bill's to pay, mortgages to pay etc etc. At my wits end. AVOID AVOID

Negative experience: I would have scored a zero if possible!! Extremely poor experience with Flights & Packages. Over 120 days since I should have travelled and still not received a refund, or even communication from them. Still owed more than £4000 They do not respond to calls or e mails and they are totally unprofessional. I had not wanted to put pressure on them at this difficult time, as I wanted as many companies to survive this pandemic as possible. But, this company does not deserve to keep trading. My advice would be DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
