I received very clear written quotes promptly after my initials enquiries. Once confirmed by me, everything was booked for me straight away. Br Khalid provided detailed pre-flight COVID information and I did not face any problem throughout my journey. He also provided detailed educational material to prepare me for my Umrah. Fantastic experience: Km travels are the best umrah travel agent. You get everything you are pormised. Booking umrah was straight forward once we agreed a package from many umrah quotes we received. We decided our preferences. The flight was direct and hotels were so pleasant. Our group was guided fully how to do umrah, what dua to read when etc. We were also given about 30 PDFs about what to do when, covering everything how to travel, how to pray, dua made by various prophet, history of Makkah and Madinah, the ziarat in both cities etc. A fantastic umrah package and unmatchable service throughout. He rang this travel agent KM Travels Ltd for the ticket, the agent gave him all the flight options available to him. He also helped us with booking a COVID test, even though his office is 100s of miles away from us. He went onto help with the Pass Track application which is mandatory to travel to Pakistan these days. His communication with customers and the customer service is second to none. Fantastic experience: I have great experience to complete Umrah with KM Travels Oldham From my booking to completion they are with me on WhatsApp group and guiding on each step MashaAllaha, I have never heard or experienced such kind of service before. As soon my tickets booked they start sending me all relevant materials regarding Umrah and all Duas and all information regarding sites around Kabba and Masjid Nabwi including all ziyaart places with maps all their locations and I am well aware even before to reach there that how I will plan my days there MashaAllha and I even went for my Umrah in the time of restrictions so they provide all the information about apps how to create login and multiple apps use for example Twakalna, Eatmarna and with all step to step guide with pictures enable me to easily signup and use them apps and when I was there I have no difficulty to use them and take all permissions myself really easily. One thing I want to add personally after my experience upon completion of this journey that always go Jeddah first and complete your Umrah first because after this you are relaxed and then you enjoyed rest of trip because if you become ill before Umrah or if you become tired before Umrah then it’s challenging for you later on if you decide Umrah on the way back and if you do Umrah with your fresh body as you came to Kingdom then you are always in good health but it’s your personal choice.
