Negative experience: We bhought a hujj package from them, my wife, son and daughter in law were left stranded at the airport for hours. Then paid £2600 to board on a different flight because the one this travel agent booked was a non-hujj flight. We were refused to be boarded on. They are incompetent and would not take the responsibility. They would not accept their fault, they would not refund the extra I had to pay because of their negligence. When one is going for hujj, something you waited for all your life and then you face a situation like this, my wife literally cried at the airport, and almost thought we will not make it to saudia. A business like this wont accept their fault and refund our money. They will face the consequences in this world and hereafter Inshallah!

Negative experience: Wish i can give a Negative 5 here.... Re: Hajj/Ummrah service they provide or i would say money making service ---- 5000$ package they sell u for 6500£ ... they take people to Hajj and dont look after them... They have no knowledge of the process and no knowledge of Saudi Hajj services.. They work under another company in Pakistan who deals with 99% of the stuff and they only book tickets and let me be clear they dont know how to book Hajj tickets aswell..... if you need more details please feel free to drop me a message and i will tell u exaclty why i have used my time to write about these so called "Matloob" and "Haroon the lier" .... absolutely no idea about any of the Hajj process bunch of liers ... They bought the ticket for us and had no idea Saudies do not allow Hajj passengers on that date from that airline.... and they put it on me and i had to catch another airline and save my 20K for the hajj package otherwise i wouldve lost it... so save ur self a hassle and speak to some educated travel ajents..... if u dont beleive me ... speak to any of the locals in (oldham) who went with these lot - 2024 Hajj .... Pathetic and greedy ... dont fall for them....
