Hays Travel Manchester Failsworth

Negative experience: Sold my Dad a month long trip to Sri Lanka, to a spa hotel. There was no spa in the hotel. My Dad couldn't contact them whilst out there so he asked if I could make a call to see why he had been told there were spa facilities there when there wasn't. I spoke to a lady, who was quite unhelpful, basically fobbed me off with "we will speak to our team and call back", never got a call back and chased them up, again to be told the team was still looking into it. Still not heard back. Today, my Dad has come back home and gone into the store to see what can be done about the problem and was told by Jade that I was very rude when speaking to the team member initially, which is an absolute lie. I was very understanding of the fact there was very little they could do about it and I recall having a laugh & joke about my Dad being stuck somewhere for a month with not a lot to do. So it's lovely to know the staff here like to make things up and make comments about their customers behind their backs. Have booked so many holidays through this company but they won't see another penny of mine. Absolutely disgusted with the lack of professionalism shown by Jade & the original person I spoke to.

Fantastic experience: What can I say but fantastic. Always made to feel really welcome, nothing is a chore, Sue has booked our holidays now for the past 16 years, she knows what holidays we like and always has some fantastic offers for us, wouldn't go anywhere else.
