Went out of her way to help us find the right holiday for our special birthdays coming up. Nothing was a problem as we were asking many questions as it was a new destination for us. Defo prefer to book in store then online

Fantastic experience: We had a holiday booked for Costa calma Monica beach resort in fuerteventura with the lovely Gill from the Southend on sea store. She was extremely helpful nothing was too much trouble. She kept us informed about everything and even checked us in before our flight and printed off our boarding passes too. A very lovely lady highly recommend Tui Southend 100% better than the lakeside Thurrock store which were a total let down for us. Many thanks Mr & Mrs Prior xxx

Fantastic experience: We booked our Tui holiday with Gill at the Southend on Sea shop and so pleased we did as the holiday was absolutely fantastic ! Gill made it very easy for us and we chose the Tui Blue Meltemi Hotel in Perissa on Santorini Island in Greece. What a fabulous hotel and the staff are amazing with the star of the show being George ! George is on the front line to welcome you, carry your cases and cannot do enough for you with nothing being too much trouble for him, a real credit to the hotel. The hotel facilities are 5 star with great rooms, super pools and excellent food. The area has a lot to offer with the beach opposite the hotel with plenty of restaurants and bars on the doorstep. My wife took advantage of the fitness activities which included pilates, yoga and mindful meditation run by Aga who puts you at ease and is well informed answering any questions you have with a lovely friendly manner. Tracy the on site Tui rep is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable along with Marina and the girls at reception who are all very friendly. The on site general manager Mr. Mexas is very approachable and is obviously doing a great job with his staff. You really can't go wrong with a holiday at this hotel and look out for George --- he's the man !

Emma booked my holiday last year and was very knowledgeable about the region I was travelling to and helped with booking excursions etc. Highly recommended

Fantastic experience: Booked our holiday in the Southend store a few weeks ago. We knew which hotel etc. Laura was so welcoming. She booked our holiday, offered us all the extras and upgrades.with quick efficiency. We used a Tui voucher that we had, due to a long delay going to the same hotel last year. She added this to our account with no problems. She made my visit relaxing and trouble free. Thank you Laura. I would also like to thank the other staff members who are always so friendly and helpful with any problems that I have had previously. Always excellent service from the staff at Southend.

Fantastic experience: Went into the Southend-on-Sea branch to book our first foreign holiday for 10 yrs - thx to our son for the TUI holiday voucher. Not being away for so long we had got out of the swing of booking holidays. As soon as we entered Laura approached us and made us feel so welcome. Our booking with her was so easy. She was knowledgeable and informative and above all so helpful, finding us suitable dates and flight times. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Thanks to Laura for making it a painless and pleasurable experience. We'll definitely be back to you and your colleagues at the Southend branch.

Negative experience: Awful service, made a booking online and can't get hold of anyone (waited 2 hours) tried calling this local store to help adjust who said they can't help due to data protection. However TUI is all one company so they can access information. When pressed the person said that online it's one their profit so they won't desk with it. Fact is if they had been more helpful we would have gone in their and rebooked. Not now...also the person said that 2 hours wait time is what it is....

Negative experience: Unfortunately could not help with my enquiry. Was given a customer care email address. That did not exist anymore.

Negative experience: The lady we spoke to didn’t seem at all interested in trying to find us a holiday once we told her our budget. Didn’t feel at all welcome and didn’t seem like she couldn’t be bothered in trying to help find a deal. We walked around to Thomas Cook straight after and the lady in there was the complete oppose experience. She spent 2 hours with us searching endlessly for deals and is still now in contact with us until we find the perfect holiday. That’s customer service!!! Highly recommend going to Thomas Cook instead!
