Fantastic experience: I always use Tui (Bedford) to book tours when I’m away. They are great value and the girls in the shop are really patient and helpful. Briony had some great ideas for my upcoming visit to Rome which I shall be booking soon. Oh, and you can book with a small deposit to get paid nearer the time.

Fantastic experience: Becca helped us book our first big family holiday to Cyprus this summer. She was so patient and friendly and went through so many different options with us. We had the most amazing time which was absolutely perfect for children with a water park on our doorstep! We can’t thank her enough for helping us find the perfect get away! We looked at a number of destination and various hotels . I wanted an adults only hotel with a lovely beach and town close by to explore . It didn’t take long to find a Hotel on Fuerteventura that met my needs . Briony gave me lots of information that made me feel confident I would have a great holiday .

I booked a holiday online ( which I will never be doing again I will be booking in the holiday store from now on ) I had so many questions and slight concerns about my holiday that I had booked. It was mainly about the plane as I have a big fear of flying. When I visited the Bedford tui store I had the pleasure of sitting down with a young chap that knew everything about what plane I was flying on. I have sadly forgotten his name but he even showed us the exact seats me and my party will be sitting in. What a lovely lad he was. I will be visiting him again. Fantastic experience: Charmaine was so lovely and friendly. She greeted us, as soon as we entered the shop. Her service was amazing and she was very efficient. She was very helpful and excited to book and discuss everything. Went over all the details and explained everything properly. Found us the best deals and went to great lengths to find what I was looking for. I didn't have to ask anything twice, as she thoroughly went through the procedure with us. So we knew what to expect and exactly how much everything would cost. I would advise if looking for a get away to pop in and see Charmaine, because she has a real passion for travelling and also her job. Making the booking process alot easier for me and more enjoyable. As booking a getaway can be very stressful, but having Charmaine there to explain and show us pictures and let us know about extra things that can support and accommodate our flight and safety. Fantastic experience: Came into our local branch to book our first holiday since covid. We were welcomed by Ellee who went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and made sure, more importantly, that we left the store with nothing else to do or worry about. Not only did she get our family holiday booked but we was also offered travel insurance, hotel the night before our flight and car parking at the airport. We also went through excursions we can do whilst on holiday which we didn’t realise we could book in store. We will definitely be coming back to book our next one!!

I needed some money changing and went straight to the foreign exchange desk. The lady that served me was called Amelia, she was great and very knowledgeable, she could answer every question I asked.
