Fantastic experience: Lucy was amazing,she helped me so much.i wanted to up grade my seats,few days after I booked my holiday with TUI.i went on line to look for delta airlines number.on search the number came up and i rang i asked are you delta airlines they responded yes we are,so i carried on and told them i wanted to up grade my seats.gave them my information.the man I spoke to said the seats are going to cost quite a bit more than other airlines as they are American airline,not thinking at the time they charged me nearly £4000 for one way and then asked for a further £1,444 which I didn’t paid and went back to TUI and explained to lucy ,Lucy said this wasn’t right me paying all this money.when Lucy looked into it,it wasn’t delta airlines it was some 3rd party airline.strangely their number came up as delta airlines.Lucy got straight on to the phone spoke to the company who were making out they were delta airlines and sorted it all out for me she was brilliant.2 weeks later I got my money back.

Fantastic experience: Casey was amazing she helped us so much from choosing our last minute holiday, to booking all inclusive package deal so we don’t have to worry about the details, and just focus on enjoying every moment of our holiday. Also, she went out of her way to grab her manager to tell us about her holiday experience at the same destination we are heading to. She expressed that it was literally amazing all round, and if she gets an opportunity to go again, she would as it was that brilliant. So thank you Casey. Fantastic experience: We booked a holiday to Kos with travel agent Amy. I had specific requests due to a recent health problem, such as a hotel that is situated in a fairly flat area. We also had a budget. Amy found us a really good hotel, all inclusive. The hotel was superb and totally exceeded our requirements. Amy also talked to me about assisted travel as I wasn't aware and arranged this service for me. Amy was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. I went back to book another holiday with her! Off to Morocco in March!!

Fantastic experience: I recently visited TUI in West Bromwich to book a short get away for me and my partner, we were helped by a lovely young lady called Amy who showed us loads of options that were within our budget, safe to say we will be using TUI in West Brom for our next get away.

Fantastic experience: I went into the store and a lovely young woman named Maha helped me and my husband book a holiday to Spain. Her customer service skills were exceptional and she answered all of my questions in a polite manner. She made the whole process go very smoothly.

Fantastic experience: My husband needed help finding a warm location that was near to the airport and had a la carte restaurants. I would normally book online but I was finding it too complicated. We went into the store and Sereena helped us to find a holiday. The price went up as we were sitting there. So we decided to book it despite paying for it, we missed out on the holiday. Sereena took time with us to find another holiday; which was even better than the one we had missed out on. Sereena is professional, knowledgeable, courteous and has the patience of a saint ,even with a store full of people waiting to be served. Thanks

Fantastic experience: after having a chaotic experience with tui at the airport and our holiday being cancelled after a long wait with no communication from tui all day, we went in to Tui West Bromwich and although we booked our holiday online, staff member Hannah S did her upmost and best efforts to help us to switch our holiday to an even better location and for a the next day after going in. Her customer service was brilliant, she was so polite and helpful, 10/10 service from her and the holiday turned out to be a lot better than originally booked, thank you Hannah S

Fantastic experience: Me, my partner and our 4 month old visited the store last week to book our first holiday as a 3! I was so nervous about the whole thing but Lucy was absolutely amazing! She answered all our (my ) questions and reassured us in everything! We have seen Lucy previously too which is why we went back to her. Negative experience: Awful customer service Left multiple emails and no one has gotten back to me. Then decided to contact by telephone, whoever answered said they were busy and would call back… still waiting on that call back.

Positive experience: Thank you Casey for helping me and my sisters to book our special holiday to Jamaica, to take our dear mom's Ashes back to where she grew up. We appreciated your help in applying the discounts to get us a good deal.

Fantastic experience: My boyfriend and I visited the branch yesterday to book our first holiday together for July 2024… we went in with absolutely no idea where we wanted to go just with dates and a budget. Chenai went the extra mile going through numerous destinations and hotels, and helping us shortlist a number of hotels. She was extremely knowledgeable on the areas- how far they were from the beach, the local towns, what the nightlife was like. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better service. Me and my now husband was so nervous about getting married abroad an didn't really no what to expect, but Lucy was absolutely incredible from the very start to even after the wedding when we got home, Lucy is such a lovely person with great character she made us feel relaxed and found us the perfect wedding venue/holiday. Although in time our wedding hotel/venue ended up coming out of contract with tui so that left us back to square one, and being the bride my head was all over the place, but Lucy worked tirelessly back and forth with me trying to fix it so that we still got our happy ending. And of course she yet again found us the dream wedding any girl could have wished for. We cannot thank Lucy enough for what she did for us she is a real credit to the company and tui is extremely Lucky to have such a wonderful employee.
