Fantastic experience: Had contacted Jay's Travel back in January 2024 to book tickets for myself and the Mrs, with the Mrs flying out before me and coming back together. Spoke to Sukhdeep over the phone and made her aware of the plans. She was pleasant, helpful and arranged it all quickly over the phone. She kept me informed and sent over the tickets on the same day, fantastic service. Also arranged vegetarian meals I had forgotten to mention at the time of booking. Furthermore, needed my visa sorting, popped down to Smethwick on a Saturday, was initially advised to leave details and come back on Monday, however, after explaining from Wolves and work long hours, Sukhdeep did it for me there and then. Great service and Sukhdeep was great. Will now book all flights with Jay Travels. Thank you and see you soon

Positive experience: Prices are cheaper than competitors, but service is awful. Once booked had to chase them for tickets although i had just asked them to be emailed over, even when I was sat in their office to get issue sorted, instead of focusing on getting my tickets issued they were more concerned about incoming calls.

Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service from Sonia and Jass. Most competitive price received, immediate confirmation. No immediate parking outside the shop. Entry to shop is not wheelchair accessible, also shop not large enough for wheelchair manoeuvring. 1 small step at shop entrance, seating available while you wait. I definitely recommend giving them a try.

Negative experience: A rude and disgraceful company. I was chatting about prices to a woman who had major issues with clarity and english. Asked a question. Then got passed over to some woman who BARKED at me and did not answer the question or identify herself as new. When I told her that her attitude was wrong and cold and I would happily leave a review as a customer she they provide flights for money. She put the PHONE DOWN on me and I called back THREE TIMES and they did not answer. AVOID THIS COMPANY. A DISGRACEFUL MONEY HUNGRY DONT GIVE A DARN COMPANY WHO I WILL BE REPORTING....
