Negative experience: Popped in twice this week to find out about flights to India, on both occasions the owner at front desk extremely unprofessional and lacked in communication. I requested price's of flights and the owner demanded £20 to provide service for enquiry. I will never attend again and will continue to use Skywell Travel on Murdock Road, who's always been extremely supportive, approachable & professional, more to the point never requested money for an enquiry.

Negative experience: Not very helpful and less knowledge about Schengen visa

Negative experience: Very rude Krishna, you have to go and get some training. When I saw all the reviews, I could not believe no one said anything good about your company. Make a change, like being polite to the customer.

Fantastic experience: Air Tickets, Indian Visa, Schengen Visa, OCI, Settle Status for EU Citizens, DHL Worldwide Courier Service, Passport Photos, Photo copies & lot more services at one stop at very reasonable charges. Proper guidance and advise

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible! The guy tried to sell me Indian rupees at a robbing rate and then when the airline went down, after paying for the ticket they took the refund themselves and didnt bother telling me !!! Least to say run away if u ever see this place!

Negative experience: Called them up to ask about a flight and they said firstly 'i'll call u back' about 20 mins later i called him and he said i'll call u back just wait then 1 hour later i was fed up so i called him and he said go find another shop i'm not going to serve u.
