Positive experience: Très bon safari, nous avons eu bcp de chances, le service de l'agence était bon, malgré quelques services payés que nous n'avons pas eu, l'eau dans le jeep, le déjeuner bush au camp (c'est le camp qui est responsable pas l'agence), etc, nous avons été bloqués également plus d'une heure a cause d'un problème de plaque d'immatriculation, la jeep n'était pas conforme, sinon le chauffeur et la personne de l'agence, très sympa.

Negative experience: Went in today for help on retrieving MTCN no. via the western union help desk in order to get a refund.. the person behind the counter was completely out of order in terms of customer service. This was the 7th W.Union we'd been to this morning with wrongful information. We left the shop AGAIN in great disappointment and frustration. Decided to try one last W.Union shop on the way, where no questions asked upon reading our letter which we presented, the gentleman immediately made one call to the help desk to obtain the MTCN No. and our refund was given to us in cash. (ALL this took place in the space of 10 minutes top). Why did all the WESTERN UNION shops in Soho Road not help us with a simple call to the help desk for our MTCN No? Why did we have to go through so much frustration when we were completely in our rights to get a refund? Would never ever enter this Western Union shop AGAIN.

Negative experience: Very expensive & left waiting for ages.
