Negative experience: READ THIS FULL REVIEW BEFORE YOU CONSIDER GIVING THEM YOUR MONEY. I used their services for the first time to get a visa application done from them. At first the service seemed good as everything was done over WhatsApp. The fee that they charged was £70 which I now know is a rip off. Most other travel agents charge between £10 - £30 for the same service. After making the payment and then completing my form, they arranged an appointment at the Indian embassy. Prior to attending the appointment, I asked the lady from Takhar which documents I would need to take. She gave me a long list of documents which turned out to be incorrect information. She told me that without these documents, my visa would be refused. I spent a long time trying to obtain all of these documents that she mentioned but was unable to get some of them. I called Takhar to ask what else I could do and they constantly refused to give me any accurate information. After not being able to get answers from them, I left them an honest Google review about my issues with their company. I then spoke to the manager who was extremely rude and refused to help me as I had left a review exposing them for what they really are (this isn’t even the start yet) Eventually I attended my visa appointment at the Indian embassy and after queuing for 90 minutes, was told that the travel agents had filled my form in incorrectly. They said I would need to go back to them and get it corrected before submitting the application. I called Takhar to explain this and was told that their manager had specifically told them not to respond to me until I delete the Google review I had left them. Out of desperation and urgency of needing the application, I deleted it. I was then made to wait for around 10 minutes whilst they got permission from the manager to deal with my request. Whilst waiting for the form to be corrected, he told me I need to write him an apology letter to say that I was trying to defame their company and he told me to lie and make out that I’d received good service from them. Upon refusing to do so, he was refusing to give me my corrected form (that I had already paid for). He then went on to type up an apology letter himself and signed it off with my name (which is illegal) and then told me I needed to sign it before he gave me my form back. I refused to do so yet again and he then sent out his colleagues to try and convince me to sign it. After a lot of time, he eventually gave my form back but still asked me again to sign the letter before I left (which I obviously didn’t do). This really proves just how dishonest and unprofessional this company are. Not to mention how ridiculous their prices are. Never in my life have I experienced such disgraceful and embarrassing service from any company. I’m quite surprised that they even have the nerve to stay open but I really urge you to avoid them at all costs so you don’t have the same disgusting experience that I did. Also beware of any good review you read, as they were likely blackmailed in to writing them.

Negative experience: Not a good experience at all. Booked covid test through them. Charged 105 and told me that i will get the report within 24 hours. Never got the report in time and told me that the reports come in 48 hours now. I wanted to travel in emergency as my father was ill. Had to go to the centre myself to get the report and they said they already sent the report a day before but takhar travel never sent you. I will never suggest anyone to buy tickets or anything from them.
