Negative experience: Rarely answered my calls first time, when I finally managed to speak to someone they showed no manners, I was rushed regarding my travel questions, given a curt reply and had the phone slammed down. Honestly, there are better options, I was treated like I was an inconvenience to them. I went online and got what my tickets booked without the chaos. In my experience I found them to be stuck in the 1970s. Never again.

Negative experience: Bought a ticket to India £800.00 got to India and the flight was grounded I was told to buy a new ticket to get back to England I paid £300.00 for that got back to England went to see sangha travel for my refund and I was told to ring air India office I told the staff I bought the ticket from you not air India so you sought it out four months later I rang sangha travel and I was told the refund is here and it's £18.00 so I asked them is it £18.00 ticket one way no answer so I told them to give that money to charity I'll never use them again
