Fantastic experience: Costa Rica was my 7th tour with Intro & I had the best time! I’ve loved all my trips but Costa Rica really is something special, the perfect mix of adventure, beach, wildlife & fun! Mari was fab, so passionate about her beautiful county & looked after all of us, helping us learn a bit of the language & laughing from dawn till dusk! Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished the India Experience tour with Izaan & Datta and it has been the most wonderful trip! Izaan was an incredible group leader and became a friend whilst also being responsible and taking care of all of our needs. He went over and above to ensure we were safe and happy at all times helping us with anything and everything! He made the trip so fun and memorable. Datta was the kindest man who shared his love and passion for his country by telling us lots of history and facts about India and the places we visited. He also helped us with anything at all we needed beyond his duties as a tour guide. The trip itself was fabulous and we went to some breathtaking places but Izaan & Datta made it even more special by looking after us so well, nothing was too much trouble. I’d recommend this trip to anyone who wants to explore a unique and beautiful country. Thank you Izaan & Datta and Intro Travel!

Fantastic experience: We had an amazing experience with this travel company and our group leader in Sri Lanka (Andri). It was my boyfriend and I’s first holiday together, and it’s a trip we’ll never forget. Everything was perfectly organised, and our group leader was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and always making sure everyone had a great time. Sri Lanka was absolutely beautiful, and we felt so well looked after throughout the trip. Highly recommend and would 100% travel with them again!

Fantastic experience: Andre was an incredible group leader, full of knowledge, always included himself in the activities and great fun. The whole trip I felt safe knowing Andre was our leader and I could go to him for anything and he would always do his best to help. He’s made my time in Bali unforgettable due to his passion for his job and forming the group to become a big family. I couldn’t say or think of one bad thing! 10/10

Fantastic experience: Just Completed the Bali Intro 12 Day Tour and it's been Fantastic. I'd definitely recommend for any first time solo travellers that don't want the stress of organising & just want to chill. I had Andre as a tour guide who was extremely helpful, funny and always happy. The accommodation was very good quality throughout and the activities we did were very fun. Due to myself going during the off season in Bali, our dolphin watching experience got cancelled which was sad and no complimentary or alternative activity was then booked which was a shame. This would be my only criticism and perhaps something Intro Travel could look into. Other than that it's been a brilliant trip making a load of friends and sharing memories/experiences

Fantastic experience: I just finished the Japan Adventure 17 day tour with Isabelle Sampson as my trip leader. I really am devastated that we finished our tour this morning!! The entire thing ran so smoothly, the group was amazing and Izzy was such a kind, welcoming and knowledgeable trip leader! We got to see so much of Japanese culture through activities like origami making, onsens, soba noodle making and a samurai lesson! The views we got to see were also amazing!! Seeing Mount Fuji, snow monkeys and beautiful snowy landscapes in Nagano and our time in Kyoto were highlights for me! Overall, this trip really was such an amazing experience and I definitely am going to miss it! I hope to go on another trip with Izzy in the future!!

Fantastic experience: Just got back from the Japan Adventure 17 day tour with the best guide in the entire world; Isabelle Sampson! It was truly the best 17 days of my life and so stress free and full of fun. The biggest thing with travelling is always the stress of planning and organising which is why Intro is an amazing choice. I also had the best group leader ever so at no point was I ever stressing or worrying about anything because Izzy is the most organised person I’ve ever met. Izzy was also so knowledgeable about all things Japan and taught me so many interesting things that I wouldn’t have known otherwise. Had an absolute blast with everyone on tour and karaoke was definitely a highlight, as were all the amazing views (like Fuji!). Forever grateful for the experience and the amazing people I met, and I hope that I can get another tour with Izzy someday!

Fantastic experience: Andre was fantastic! Wonderful to talk to and helped with everything I needed on the trip. Great fun, brilliant at the club and wonderful sense of humor! Really knowledgable too, very happy to share about his culture with us. Strongly recomend for Bali Bali! Also very good with local health care so you know your safe.

Fantastic experience: It’s the first group tour I’ve ever done, after exclusively solo travelling. I can honestly say it was an incredible experience. I went on the Sri Lanka tour and everything from start to finish was perfectly planned. Communication was excellent, the people on my tour were awesome and everything included was exactly what I’d want to see & do by myself. I would highly recommend Intro as someone in their thirties. Big thanks to Andri & Ethan & all the local guides we had along the way. They introduced us to different food, cultures and were photographer extraordinaires, which I usually wouldn’t get solo. They knew exactly what we wanted to get out of the tour and I couldn’t be more grateful

Fantastic experience: This was my second time using INTRO TOURS for the 12 days SriLanka experience (i previously travelled to Japan in September 2023 with Maisie as the tour group leader). This positive experience led me to Sri Lanka. Andri was our Tour group leader for Sri Lanka (January 8th - 19th), he was very knowledgeable, adaptable and sensitive to the group's varying requirements as well as being able to immerse his self in all evening activities. Check out his Karaoke voice His authentic personality shone through which was incredibly important as some of the group became unwell and Andri ensured at all times that the individuals were looked after Sri Lanka is an incredibly beautiful and historic country. Our local guides were great; Knowledgeable, Immersive answering questions throughout. Our coach driver and co- driver were so lovely, maneuvering through some tight roads, but so accommodating when a pit stop was required, believe when I say this was a regular occurance. We stopped off at amazing places, from Ngombo to Mirrisa. Trying the local cuisine, activities and also enjoyed down time. The one thing I loved and I loved mostly everything about this trip), was the diverse ages and camaraderie of the group, In times of struggling to walk up a million steps (ok that's slightly exaggerated), the group, Andri, Ethan and local guide Pahan were my greatest cheerleaders helping me to get to the top of the rock or mountain (in my eyes). I felt accomplished and able to show everyone that age is just a number. The hotels ranged from basic to 4*, food overall was lovely and flavoursome. I would encourage all those Individuals thinking about travelling to Sri Lanka to consider INTRO TOURS.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 12 day Sri Lanka trip and it was beyond amazing. You get to see so many things that you wouldn't get to see if you were traveling by yourself and you get to do it with an amazing group of people. Each person involved in the journey (the bus drivers the local guides and the tour leader)was so knowledgeable and helped to make the experience so special. Fantastic experience: I recently finish my first Intro travel tour and I couldn't have pick a great first Intro tour to start off with other than the Philippines. I hadn't really heard of Intro travel before and I'm glad I chose Intro to travel the Philippines with. I will definitely consider doing another group Tour with Intro. I want to give special thanks to my amazing tour guide Elay! I couldn't have asked for a better tour guide other than Elay, as she's from the Philippines she had great knowledge about the country and culture which made it even more special. Plus what made the experience as well was the group of people I toured with, sometimes group tours are hit and miss but this group was amazing. Definitely check out Intro if you are considering doing a group tour.

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished the Vietnam Intro 12-Day tour with group leader Lucy Bell, and it was one of the best trips I’ve ever taken. Lucy made my first experience in Vietnam unforgettable. She was full of energy, always supportive, and made sure every member of the group felt involved. I couldn’t have asked for a better leader. I already can’t wait for my next trip with intro.

Fantastic experience: I did the 17 day New Zealand tour of the North and South Island, it was one of the best holidays I have ever had. Everyone in the group was very friendly, our tour guide Faye was incredible. Faye made everything effortless and I never needed to worry about anything, so I could sit back and enjoy my holiday. Highlights of the trip were white water rafting and the day trip to Milford Sound, absolutely unforgettable!

Fantastic experience: I just finished the 17 day New Zealand tour and it was honestly the trip of a lifetime. Our group leader Faye was amazing, she absolutely made our trip and it wouldn’t have been the same without her. She helped make it seamless and stress free all while going that bit further to make sure we had the best time like making us a quiz and doing your awards. Every place we went to was picture perfect and i would recommend to everyone. I feel so lucky to have made friends that I hope will last a lifetime

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the 28 day East Coast Australia trip and had THE BEST time. Luke our tour guide was amazing, from day 1 of the trip when we were greeted I felt in safe hands. He did a great job at keeping spirits and group dynamics high - through jokes, karaoke and countless fun facts/knowledge. The busy itinerary allowed me to see and do so much in the 28 days whilst making some amazing friendships. I would 100% recommend Intro East Coast tour to anyone - if you are lucky enough to have Luke as your leader then know you are definitely in for a great trip!

Fantastic experience: I've have just finshed my 13 day tour in the Philippines and I have to say it was absolutely stunning the view and places we got to visit was more than any pictures or videos could capture. The tour leader eillie was so great and made everyone feel welcome and no one was left out. Also like to add that the local and the local tour guild as just was fun to be with and had a great time with the locals and understanding the culture. Would definitely recommend for anyone thinking of going

Fantastic experience: The 17 days with Faye in the intro group were amazing! New Zealand is stunning, and all the places we visited were really cool. The hostels were perfectly acceptable (and some were even pretty good hehe). Faye was the most chill, kind and reliable group leader I could have asked for. It was a real enrichment to have her there, not only to organise everything and take photos, but also to make jokes, spend her free time with us and sing some banging karaoke songs :)

Fantastic experience: I was apart of the 17 day NZ adventure trip with Intro, honestly the best trip I’ve ever done and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to meet new people and have the trip of a lifetime while doing so. Our tour leader Faye was just the best, she made everything so easy and stress free, which helped everyone so much. Fantastic experience: Just finished the New Zealand 17 day tour! By far the most amazing trip I've ever done !! I already want to go back and do it all again. Faye our group leader was amazing. Fantastic experience: Really enjoyed the intro tour ‘13 day Costa Rica Adventure’ travelling around Costa Rica. The journeys to the destination spots were so seamless and Yamil, Mari and Ceci were all such great energy! I loved visiting the national parks with the wildlife, spotting sloths, seeing all the beautiful beaches, farm visits and paddle boarding by Arenal volcano. Wish I could do this trip all over again!

Fantastic experience: Coming to the end of our 13 day Costa Rica Adventure and couldn't be happier with the tour. Yamil, Mary and Ceci have done a great job keeping us safe and communicating the plans both before and during the trip, the itinerary has been perfect exploring dreamy beaches and stunning natural parks and also the meal options and all activities have always been very good. 100% would recommend!

This was the trip of a lifetime and I will never forget it, so many incredible memories made and we experienced so much in such a short time. Positive experience: I had a truly wonderful trip to New Zealand! We toured both islands with our lovely group. We had a wonderful guide who helped us in every situation and genuinely cared about our well-being. During the trip, we got to see the most amazing sights and experience a variety of things. The Maori culture evening was very memorable, and I made my best friends while boating. The various hikes and magnificent landscapes were also wonderful experiences that we never tired of. The icing on the cake was a visit to Hobbiton. The trip could also be customized with additional activities. But thanks to our wonderful guide, the trip was really easy and memorable. The best way to start traveling alone.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the Thai intro 12 day tour with Jessie and it was 10/10 amazing experience. There are plenty of great activities, accommodation is spot on, food is great and the group experience made it so much more fun to explore the areas. You can see lots of different places and everything is paced really well. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Couldn’t recommend doing this enough and it’s made me find a passion for making the most out of the travelling experience. Thank you Jessie wessie you are a star ⭐

Fantastic experience: Just finished my 18 day travel through New Zealand with Faye! Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better group leader!! She was so so kind and made everyone feel at ease and included! This was my first time solo travelling but Faye made me feel so included from the first meeting! I think everyone on the tour would agree that she was so bubbly and just a ray of sunshine! I’m definitely coming home with friends for life! She also went out of her way to collect and make sure my friend’s passport was delivered to her from a previous hostel which we are so grateful for!! Even though I was so indecisive and last minute (sorry Faye lol) about which extra activities I wanted to do, Faye was so considerate and would always try to organise the schedule to allow for time to do the different activities! Everyone appreciated that especially when we wanted to do multiple activities a day she found a way to make it happen! Thanks Faye!

Fantastic experience: My Intro Travel trip to Cambodia was incredible from start to finish. The itinerary perfectly blended culture, adventure, and local experiences—but what truly made the trip unforgettable were our amazing group leaders Andri and Logan. Their energy, knowledge and genuine care created such a fun, supportive atmosphere that our group felt like a family within days. From sunrise at Angkor Wat to exploring local markets and villages, every moment was elevated by their guidance and enthusiasm. I couldn’t recommend this trip more!

Fantastic experience: I recently completed the 17 day NZ trip with Lauren and can honestly say it was the best time ever. Lauren made the trip so easy and felt like I was exploring NZ with friends the whole time. The trip itself had enough included activities and also free time to explore ( Lauren was so helpful in suggesting ideas on the best food spots or landmarks to see ). I also loved how involved Lauren was with the group… from games to banter, it just made the experience so wholesome. The group themselves were beautiful people and some of us are already speaking about the next trip together!!! I genuinely don’t think I would have had the best experience if it wasn’t for Lauren!! Fantastic experience: Our 19 day tour was so much fun! It was a great balance of exploring new places and new cultures and meeting new people and having time to relax by the beaches and pool. Our guide ippy was fantastic! he was always going above and beyond and elevated the experience so much, such a wonderful person and so informative <3 I loved all the experiences we had, my favourite was snorkelling with manta rays - it was so amazing and i couldn’t recommend the tour and ippy enough ❤️❤️❤️

Fantastic experience: I just did the 19 day epic Indonesia tour. It was an amazing experience we did some amazing activities and was made even better with Ippy our tour guide and he truly made it! He was always so happy bubbly and always had a smile on his face! Whenever there was an issue he was always there and so supportive.

Fantastic experience: I have done the Epic 19 day Indonesia trip. Ippy is the leader! He is very friendly, welcoming and easy to get on with! I was very nervous before coming but Ippy made sure all those nerves went, as he organised everything so well. He is funny and very easy to get on with! Extremely support! There are so many compliments. There is nothing bad I can say about him IntroTravel are very lucky to have such an amazing employee!

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 15 day Bali Experience with our amazing group leader Zio, and it truly was the trip of a lifetime. From waterfalls and temples to beaches and a Balinese cooking class, every day brought something unforgettable. The itinerary was so thoughtfully planned, and each experience felt personal and special. Zio’s energy, positivity, and attention to detail made everything run seamlessly and created such a welcoming vibe. I couldn’t have asked for a better group to share it with. The good energy every single day made it even more memorable. This trip is perfect for solo or first time travellers wanting to explore Bali, and I feel so lucky to have met such incredible people along the way.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 12-day Bali experience and it was absolutely incredible. It’s the perfect way to explore the best parts of Bali, making the absolute most out of the days which are packed full of activities, nights out, amazing views/beaches, tasty food but also some free time in each part of the tour to explore/chill/do what you want. I cannot thank our tour leader (Rach Buchta) enough for her insane energy, positivity, responsiveness, friendliness and support over the entirety of the tour (as well as leading up to the experience). She makes it very simple and clear on what the group is doing each day, such as what time we meet and where, what we need to bring, activities we’ll be doing, food and other recommendations in parts of Bali we’re in. Rach has made this tour very special and brought the group together so well, I couldn’t recommend her enough! I will definitely be doing another one of these tours/experiences as I know I’ll get the absolute most out of it with the really well organised days, memories and friendships made with others on the tour and 10/10 support from Intro/Rach throughout the whole experience.

Fantastic experience: I did the Bali intro trip with Rach and had the absolute best time! Loved all the included activities and local guides. All of the accommodation exceeded my expectations. Rach went above and beyond for our group including photoshoots, pharmacy runs, pre-booking dinner orders, making sure everyone got home safe after a night out and booked taxis/accommodation for everyone after the tour (even pairing up people who had the same plans). Her energy was high the whole time which fed through to the group would 100% book with Intro again.

Fantastic experience: I just finished the 12 day Bali Experience and it was everything I wished for and more! Our group leader was Primezio and he made our trip even better. His local knowledge was excellent and he bought so much energy and optimism in to the group. I would recommend this trip to everyone, and it's a bonus if you get Primezio as your leader!

Fantastic experience: Just completed the 12 day Bali experience with the leader Zio and it was an unforgettable experience that I was cherish forever. Even post trip I was assisted in my hotel booking of transport around which made post trip blues so much easier. I was also sooo blessed to have the best group of people to go on this experience with, I would recommend this to anyone looking to see and make the most of Bali.

Fantastic experience: I did the Bali 12 day intro starting on the 13th of September and honestly it was one of the most unforgettable experiences I have ever had. Rach was my tour guide and she was nothing but perfect with every thought, place, photo (anything you could think of tbh). She really knew her audience and was everything I needed her to be on this tour which perfected it for me. I honestly missed the moment before it was even done & have no regrets about any of it so grateful to have met the people I was with & wish I could do it all over again or even for longer tbh.

Fantastic experience: Went on the Intro Travel 12 day trip in Bali with Group Leader Rach and loved every bit of it. The tour is well planned, everything is super organised before the trip with the information available online and during the trip with all the communication and the good care of Rach for the group. Personally I enjoyed the free times we got on this trip and the options to upgrade to a single room, I also enjoyed that we could opt in and out of activities and got suggestions for others in our free time. A breakdown of how much money is needed approx. for each stay (perhaps) in the app would be helpful, as this is something that was communicated multiple times but a lot of people still missed, so putting it in the app might be an efficient solution. Personally I would enjoy more sporty activities than all the partying and drinking (that seems to be encourged since pub crawls and bar visitis are something almost every night and which was also the case on another Trip I did with Intro in Thailand). Rach did a super good job with everyone, always being calm, patient, happy, super energetic and did not mind repeating the same information multiple times. I can definitely recommend Intro Travel if you want to join a tour that includes cultural experiences, fun nights and activities, free time to do your own things and meeting cool people!

Fantastic experience: Intro travel is such a great company for people’s first time solo travelling, everyone on my tour was so nice including the leaders Erin, tam and Katie, they really made sure everyone felt welcome. It’s a great way to make friends will other solo travellers and make memories that I will remember for years to come!❤️

Fantastic experience: I did the 28-day tour with Erin in Australia. It was an unforgettable experience and every day was fun. I felt really comfortable on the tour because Erin always made me feel safe. She made sure that everyone felt at ease Katie and Tam were also great and always up for fun. Everyone offered to be there for us with any questions we had, even after the tour was over. I would go on a trip with these three again in a heartbeat. I am also grateful for all the other wonderful people I got to know on the trip. Through Intro and our shared adventures, we formed some really good friendships I can only recommend it.

We did everything, from hiking up Mount John, kayaking to the Wanaka tree, jet boating, giant swing, Hobbiton, and so much more. Lauren Ryan was a great tour leader with so much knowledge and made sure we were safe and happy at all times - really made the experience the best it could be! Fantastic experience: Really amazing experience with the Bali Intro Tour! From start to finish, everything was seamless and unforgettable with lots of new memories made. Seeing dolphins was definitely a magical highlight—truly a bucket-list moment. The volcano trek was both challenging and exhilarating, offering breathtaking views that made every step worth it, even the early start! Snorkeling was equally impressive; seeing the turtles and underwater statues was also a highlighting moment. Our group leader, Courtney, was excellent —her enthusiasm, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. Couldn’t suggest doing a group travel more, got the chance to experience different places, fun activities and make some incredible friendships with people from all walks of life. All without having to plan a single thing! Ferry’s, taxis and bookings. Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend INTRO! It was an excellent trip to Australia. We were accompanied by Shannon for 28 days and Gemma for 20 days. They were both open and super nice and prepared for everything. The whole group was very nice and we got to know each other quickly. I especially enjoyed K'Gari Island and the Whitsundays. Fantastic experience: I did the OZ East Coast tour for 28 days and was more than thrilled. Thanks to Intro, you get as many different impressions of a country as possible. My two group leaders Shannon and Gemma were just a dream. They looked after you, answered all your questions and always had a smile on their faces, which was of course immediately infectious. Thank you both so much :) My two highlights were the 3 day sailing trip with snorkelling and seeing Sydney. I can only recommend it to everyone. The trip is so much more relaxed than if you had to do everything yourself and you get to know so many nice people who quickly become family.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the Bali intro 12 day tour with my partner, I didn’t have a single issue the whole tour, we had conversations on our last night about our favourite bits and our issues and I genuinely couldn’t find a problem with any accommodation, restaurant or activity. I only wish the tour went on longer. I would reccomend this to anyone and everyone. As for our tour leader Ippy, we all believe he made the experience for us constantly checking on how we were especially when my partner was ill he made sure we stopped at a pharmacy and got the right medication for her to feel better and enjoy the rest of her trip. His energy is outstanding constantly happy which brings the mood up for the whole group even on the long travel days. If anyone else is doing an intro tour and is lucky enough to have Ippy as their team leader then you will have the most amazing trip! We have now done 2 trips with intro and is our first time out of Europe, we wouldn’t have believed how comfortable we’ve felt the whole whole 2 months we’ve been away! Fantastic experience: I did the intro to Bali 12 day tour.It was amazing..So much to do and see..Niamh was a great tour leader always ready to help and assist in any questions you had. The tour consisted of everything from Bamboo basketmaking to hiking up a volocano.It was filled with diverse experiences.The accomodations were amazing.

Fantastic experience: The Intro South Africa Tour was incredible. It was perfectly planned, you truly do get a real sense of the country and what life is like for many in the country, if you’re lucky you’ll also get to see animals you’ve seen on television (which I did )!! Our Group Leader (Dan) and Tour Guide (Chris) have such an incredible depth of knowledge and love for the country it makes it impossible to not fall in love with South Africa. They also made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time which definitely added to the experience. I’ve never done a group tour before and wasn’t sure if I would enjoy it. I enjoyed it so much I bought passes for two more trips! Thanks to Dan, Chris and Intro Travel for the incredible trip!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished the 12 day Bali intro tour and everything about it was amazing! The actual tour is a great mix of varied activities which are all very fun and you also have free time to add in your own extra activities. All of the accommodation is very nice and the restaurants you’re taken too also have amazing food! However, what made the tour for me was having Ippy as our group leader. Ippy is so kind, caring and so funny, he really did everything he could to make sure everyone was enjoying the trip and his positivity really made my experience in Bali so amazing! On one of the travel days I became quite ill but Ippy took me to the pharmacy and made sure I had the medication I needed to get better, he also checked in with my partner and myself regularly to ensure I was feeling better which I really appreciated! I can’t praise Ippy highly enough and feel so lucky I had him as our group leader! Thank you so much Ippy!!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the 12 day south africa adventure Intro tour with Dan as our group leader and Chris as our guide. I had the most incredible time travelling around South africa and I loved everything we did, we managed to fit so much in and got to experience some beautiful and interesting places. Dan and chris were so lovely, fun and bubbly, such a great team,they were so helpful and knowledgeable about each area and gave some great recommendations. It was great to hear about south africas culture the good and the bad and spotting the big five was a amazing experience. I particularly loved Hlane national park stay. We saw a lion just crossing the road infront of us. Everything was so smooth and I couldn't fault, I had the most amazing trip thanks to Dan and Chris . Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 9 day intro tour in Bali and it was absolutely perfect. This is my first time solo travelling and starting my trip with a tour was the best idea, I was immediately looked after when I landed and felt totally relaxed and comfortable settling into a new country. Ippy was our tour guide / group leader and he was absolutely AMAZING, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was always so positive and made me feel super comfortable. Any questions anyone had at any time were immediately answered and he gave lots of extra tips and tricks along the way. The range of activities that we did was great, from active ones to food related ones to of course drinking, dancing and partying. It was hard not to be smiling constantly with ippy as a group leader, he brought us all together and we had the best time ever. Thank you intro and thank you ippy !!

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 12 day trip to Vietnam Having booked this back during Covid and having to reschedule the dates, Intro were super helpful and quick to answer any queries regarding rebooking. The app was super easy to use and had all the relevant information for the trip. On the trip we had the best team leader, Lauren Ryan!! She was so calm, organised and always on hand if you needed any help. Whether that be something as simple as finding the best local iced coffee to navigating our way through the busy cities, Lauren’s professionalism, knowledge and connection with the group was amazing. Without her, I definitely wouldn’t have had the same experience. Thank you Lauren!!!! For my first time travelling outside Europe, Intro definitely made me feel safe and had a fantastic itinerary. I’ll definitely be looking to jump on another trip soon! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the 12 day Thai Intro tour. It was an incredible experience from start to finish! Our tour guides were amazing and made us feel really welcome and safe the whole trip. Joining the group tour helped me make friends and happy memories for life! I really recommend going on the tour as the locations we went to were stunning. We saw more of Thailand than we normally would, as our guides helped us with transfers and knew the best places to go within a shorter space of time. Fantastic experience: I did the 12 day tour of Vietnam and I can’t recommend it enough! It was amazing to see so many different places (Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh). Our leader Lauren was brilliant, she is so helpful and knowledgeable about everywhere we visited. She was also just great fun! Can’t wait to do another intro tour in the future.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from an Intro Trip to Mexico. It was an incredible trip that I will remember fondly for the rest of my life. That is in no small part thanks to our wonderful guide, Vitor! He always kept us on track and organized but most importantly made sure we were having as much fun as we can! He was such a joy to travel with and was a great friend to us all. I would love to have him as a guide again on a future trip. As far as the tour itself, I loved how the itinerary blended history, adventure, and relaxation along with giving us plenty of time to enjoy the sights at our own pace. Our local guide, Juan Pablo was a great addition as well and was knowledgeable and patient with the millions of questions we all had haha. 10/10 trip. Now comes the most difficult question - where do I want Intro to take me next??

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Intro Travel if you want to tick a location off your bucket list. That was Bali for me and it was absolutely beyond my expectations. I chose the 12 day Bali experience and had Katie as our Group Leader. She made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. No question or request was too much. Thanks so much again for everything Katie! You are the best! The agenda was perfectly diverse, and I love how Intro works with local families to support them and their businesses. The local guides we had were all wonderful and hilarious characters, bringing all temple, rice fields and monkey forest visits to the next level. I really enjoyed having everything perfectly planned out and arranged, it took all the stress out of the usual travelling. 1000% would I look to tick off another bucket list location with Intro Travel. Fantastic experience: The Croatia tour was SOOO much fun, such a wide variety of stops and activities so really made it very easy to cater to what specific interests people had, whether that be hiking, sightseeing or the nightlife. Fantastic experience: Sailing the Dalmatian coast with Intro Travel was by far the best way to see Croatia. Thanks to our amazing tour leader Becca we were able to make the most of everyday. There was a good balance of chill time and swimming off the boat and going ashore to sightsee etc. Becca was full of energy and put so much time and effort in ensuring we had the best week. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant tour of the North Island of NZ. Rhys our group leader was great. He had loads of local knowledge about places we visited and was able to provide great recommendations for activities during our free time, as well as organising group activities for us in the evenings, such as karaoke. Would recommend this trip!

Fantastic experience: I did the 10 day Croatia Sail trip in July and I can honestly say I had the best time ever! Our tour leader, Becca made the trip so special! She is full of energy, easy to chat to, approachable and professional. I loved that everyone was organised, from included activities such as cycling through the national park to kayaking in Dubrovnik, and even in our free time Becca gave so many recommendations for things to do and places to eat. All the locations were beautiful and I enjoyed how different each one was, from the pretty old towns to national parks and waterfalls. I really enjoyed that dinner was always organised every evening, so we all went to dinner together and you didn’t have to plan anything yourself! I was worried this would be a party tour, but it’s really not. If you want to go out and party the night away you can, but if you just want a couple of drinks, and chat and to sleep at a reasonable hour that was fine too, and there was a mixture of people doing both so you never felt like the odd one out or pressured to do anything, whether you liked to go out or not. I met the most amazing group of people - from UK, USA and Australia. Even though we ranged in age from 19 to 40, we all got on so well and I feel like I’ve made friends for life! Thank you intro and thank you Becca for the trip of a lifetime I will remember forever!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed 18 days in Thailand for the intro travels and I can honestly say that I had the best experience ever. It was genuinely my favourite holiday and I had so much fun from start to finish. It was great to broaden my horizons and learn about new cultures as well as make new friends from all over the world. My group leader was absolutely amazing. Michelle done an amazing job in organising everything and making the group friendships last. With her knowledge and wisdom I think everyone learnt a lot and had a great time. Full of good laughs and memories to last a lifetime. Nana was also incredible and it was great to learn from her. She informed us about the Thai culture and she was very kind and funny. I really had a great time and I will never forget my time here. Thank you guys!!!!

Fantastic experience: I did the Bali intro experience Trip for 12 days and it was in incredible time. Anna was my leader, she was amazing. She solved every problem that comes thru. Has a good knowledge about the culture, and knows the best locations for food and party. It was a once in a lifetime journey with the most amazing people. I met new people, made new friend, made incredible memories. I miss everyone. My next trip will be with Introtravel again.

Whether it was helping us navigate the busy streets of Tokyo or guiding us through the temples of Kyoto, Meg was always attentive and patient. If you’re looking for a tour guide in Japan who is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, I highly recommend Meg.

Fantastic experience: I did the New Zealand North Island Intro trip and it was incredible! We got to see so many cool places, and be immersed in both New Zealand and Māori culture. Not only was the trip great, the guide/group leader, Rhys James was incredible. He was super upbeat and friendly, always willing to answer your questions or help you in whichever area you were in. I also am traveling more in New Zealand after the trip and Rhys has been incredibly helpful giving me ideas of fun activities to do. 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to doing more trips through intro!

Fantastic experience: Overall, I’m very satisfied with the tour in Japan. Locations were great for getting to know this country. The activities were nice and the accommodation was too. We had Gemma Woods as a group leader. She is always ready and prepared for any situation, also she has a lot of knowledge of Japanese culture which nourished our trip a lot. Her recommendations were great too since she knows the locations very well. She is very nice too and we had great time in Karaoke nights. I felt very happy and comfortable with her.
