Fantastic experience: Recently went on the Bali 12 day tour which was brilliant. Jonah our tour guide was sound and did a stellar job throughout the tour. Accommodation was great and lots of different activities to do. Had a great group of people where everyone got on really well and was a real shame to leave. Thanks Jonah and Intro!

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 12-day Bali Intro tour, and what an incredible 12 days it’s been. Fantastic range of activities, locations visited, restaurants eaten in and experiences with an amazing group of people. Organisation has been impeccable - our group leader Jonah has amazing from start to finish. Really can’t fault Intro and will definitely book another trip with them again.

Fantastic experience: Really amazing experience with the Bali Intro Tour! From start to finish, everything was seamless and unforgettable with lots of new memories made. Seeing dolphins was definitely a magical highlight—truly a bucket-list moment. The volcano trek was both challenging and exhilarating, offering breathtaking views that made every step worth it, even the early start! Snorkeling was equally impressive; seeing the turtles and underwater statues was also a highlighting moment. Our group leader, Courtney, was excellent —her enthusiasm, knowledge, and attention to detail made the entire trip smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for adventure and stunning natural beauty in Bali!

Fantastic experience: Just completed the Bali experience 15 days with Cameron & Jason leading the way! Couldn’t suggest doing a group travel more, got the chance to experience different places, fun activities and make some incredible friendships with people from all walks of life. All without having to plan a single thing! Ferry’s, taxis and bookings. Everything so well organised and felt like a VIP Currently continuing with my travels in Bali currently and Cams still on call to help with anything! Super grateful!

Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend INTRO! It was an excellent trip to Australia. We were accompanied by Shannon for 28 days and Gemma for 20 days. They were both open and super nice and prepared for everything. The whole group was very nice and we got to know each other quickly. I especially enjoyed K'Gari Island and the Whitsundays. We were so lucky to have Shannon for the whole tour. Thank you so much!!!

Fantastic experience: I did the OZ East Coast tour for 28 days and was more than thrilled. Thanks to Intro, you get as many different impressions of a country as possible. My two group leaders Shannon and Gemma were just a dream. They looked after you, answered all your questions and always had a smile on their faces, which was of course immediately infectious. Thank you both so much :) My two highlights were the 3 day sailing trip with snorkelling and seeing Sydney. I can only recommend it to everyone. The trip is so much more relaxed than if you had to do everything yourself and you get to know so many nice people who quickly become family.

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the Bali intro 12 day tour with my partner, I didn’t have a single issue the whole tour, we had conversations on our last night about our favourite bits and our issues and I genuinely couldn’t find a problem with any accommodation, restaurant or activity. I only wish the tour went on longer. I would reccomend this to anyone and everyone. As for our tour leader Ippy, we all believe he made the experience for us constantly checking on how we were especially when my partner was ill he made sure we stopped at a pharmacy and got the right medication for her to feel better and enjoy the rest of her trip. His energy is outstanding constantly happy which brings the mood up for the whole group even on the long travel days. If anyone else is doing an intro tour and is lucky enough to have Ippy as their team leader then you will have the most amazing trip! We have now done 2 trips with intro and is our first time out of Europe, we wouldn’t have believed how comfortable we’ve felt the whole whole 2 months we’ve been away! Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a 28-day tour along the stunning East Coast of Australia from Sydney to Cairns, and it was truly an unforgettable journey, thanks to our fantastic tour guides, Shannon and Gemma. These two are not just guides; they are the heart and soul of the trip! Shannon was incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming from the moment we met her. Her knowledge of each destination we visited was remarkable. She shared fascinating insights about every location, from the vibrant cityscapes of Sydney to the pristine beaches of Cairns. Her passion for Australia and its unique beauty really shone through and made each stop along the way even more special. Gemma was equally wonderful, always there with a smile and ready to make our adventure as enjoyable as possible. Fantastic experience: Had the best experience using Intro Travel for my 9 day trip to Bali. All the accommodation was beautiful, clean and tidy. The locations we visited were stunning and the tour leader Ippy was amazing, making sure the tour had a good mixture of fun partying but also relaxing.

Fantastic experience: South Africa Tour - The most unforgettable trip I’ve ever been on! Intro really go above and beyond to make everything seamless! Dan our group leader and Chris our local guide made sure that they were doing everything they could to make us fall in love with SA and they definitely did! Fantastic experience: I did the intro to Bali 12 day tour.It was amazing..So much to do and see..Niamh was a great tour leader always ready to help and assist in any questions you had. The tour consisted of everything from Bamboo basketmaking to hiking up a volocano.It was filled with diverse experiences.The accomodations were amazing.

Fantastic experience: The Intro South Africa Tour was incredible. It was perfectly planned, you truly do get a real sense of the country and what life is like for many in the country, if you’re lucky you’ll also get to see animals you’ve seen on television (which I did )!! Our Group Leader (Dan) and Tour Guide (Chris) have such an incredible depth of knowledge and love for the country it makes it impossible to not fall in love with South Africa. They also made sure we felt safe and comfortable the entire time which definitely added to the experience. I’ve never done a group tour before and wasn’t sure if I would enjoy it. I enjoyed it so much I bought passes for two more trips! Thanks to Dan, Chris and Intro Travel for the incredible trip!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just finished the 12 day Bali intro tour and everything about it was amazing! The actual tour is a great mix of varied activities which are all very fun and you also have free time to add in your own extra activities. All of the accommodation is very nice and the restaurants you’re taken too also have amazing food! However, what made the tour for me was having Ippy as our group leader. Ippy is so kind, caring and so funny, he really did everything he could to make sure everyone was enjoying the trip and his positivity really made my experience in Bali so amazing! On one of the travel days I became quite ill but Ippy took me to the pharmacy and made sure I had the medication I needed to get better, he also checked in with my partner and myself regularly to ensure I was feeling better which I really appreciated! I can’t praise Ippy highly enough and feel so lucky I had him as our group leader! Thank you so much Ippy!!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the 12 day south africa adventure Intro tour with Dan as our group leader and Chris as our guide. I had the most incredible time travelling around South africa and I loved everything we did, we managed to fit so much in and got to experience some beautiful and interesting places. Dan and chris were so lovely, fun and bubbly, such a great team,they were so helpful and knowledgeable about each area and gave some great recommendations. It was great to hear about south africas culture the good and the bad and spotting the big five was a amazing experience. I particularly loved Hlane national park stay. We saw a lion just crossing the road infront of us. Everything was so smooth and I couldn't fault, I had the most amazing trip thanks to Dan and Chris . Thanks guys

Fantastic experience: I have just finished my 9 day intro tour in Bali and it was absolutely perfect. This is my first time solo travelling and starting my trip with a tour was the best idea, I was immediately looked after when I landed and felt totally relaxed and comfortable settling into a new country. Ippy was our tour guide / group leader and he was absolutely AMAZING, I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. He was always so positive and made me feel super comfortable. Any questions anyone had at any time were immediately answered and he gave lots of extra tips and tricks along the way. The range of activities that we did was great, from active ones to food related ones to of course drinking, dancing and partying. It was hard not to be smiling constantly with ippy as a group leader, he brought us all together and we had the best time ever. Thank you intro and thank you ippy !!

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 12 day trip to Vietnam Having booked this back during Covid and having to reschedule the dates, Intro were super helpful and quick to answer any queries regarding rebooking. The app was super easy to use and had all the relevant information for the trip. On the trip we had the best team leader, Lauren Ryan!! She was so calm, organised and always on hand if you needed any help. Whether that be something as simple as finding the best local iced coffee to navigating our way through the busy cities, Lauren’s professionalism, knowledge and connection with the group was amazing. Without her, I definitely wouldn’t have had the same experience. Thank you Lauren!!!! For my first time travelling outside Europe, Intro definitely made me feel safe and had a fantastic itinerary. I’ll definitely be looking to jump on another trip soon! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the 12 day Thai Intro tour. It was an incredible experience from start to finish! Our tour guides were amazing and made us feel really welcome and safe the whole trip. Joining the group tour helped me make friends and happy memories for life! I really recommend going on the tour as the locations we went to were stunning. We saw more of Thailand than we normally would, as our guides helped us with transfers and knew the best places to go within a shorter space of time. I miss my whole group already, but it’s helped me gain confidence travelling again! Thank you Thai intro team!

Fantastic experience: I did the 12 day tour of Vietnam and I can’t recommend it enough! It was amazing to see so many different places (Hanoi, Ninh Binh, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh). Our leader Lauren was brilliant, she is so helpful and knowledgeable about everywhere we visited. She was also just great fun! Can’t wait to do another intro tour in the future.

Fantastic experience: Just got back from an Intro Trip to Mexico. It was an incredible trip that I will remember fondly for the rest of my life. That is in no small part thanks to our wonderful guide, Vitor! He always kept us on track and organized but most importantly made sure we were having as much fun as we can! He was such a joy to travel with and was a great friend to us all. I would love to have him as a guide again on a future trip. As far as the tour itself, I loved how the itinerary blended history, adventure, and relaxation along with giving us plenty of time to enjoy the sights at our own pace. Our local guide, Juan Pablo was a great addition as well and was knowledgeable and patient with the millions of questions we all had haha. 10/10 trip. Now comes the most difficult question - where do I want Intro to take me next??

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Intro Travel if you want to tick a location off your bucket list. That was Bali for me and it was absolutely beyond my expectations. I chose the 12 day Bali experience and had Katie as our Group Leader. She made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. No question or request was too much. Thanks so much again for everything Katie! You are the best! The agenda was perfectly diverse, and I love how Intro works with local families to support them and their businesses. The local guides we had were all wonderful and hilarious characters, bringing all temple, rice fields and monkey forest visits to the next level. I really enjoyed having everything perfectly planned out and arranged, it took all the stress out of the usual travelling. 1000% would I look to tick off another bucket list location with Intro Travel. Fantastic experience: The Croatia tour was SOOO much fun, such a wide variety of stops and activities so really made it very easy to cater to what specific interests people had, whether that be hiking, sightseeing or the nightlife. Becca was incredible, we couldn’t have asked for a better leader for our group and definitely left with friends for life <3

He gave recommendations left right and centre and it felt like he was a real local. Our trip had an amazing group we all got on and there was loads of laughter throughout the whole trip. Fantastic experience: Sailing the Dalmatian coast with Intro Travel was by far the best way to see Croatia. Thanks to our amazing tour leader Becca we were able to make the most of everyday. There was a good balance of chill time and swimming off the boat and going ashore to sightsee etc. Becca was full of energy and put so much time and effort in ensuring we had the best week. I would do this tour again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant tour of the North Island of NZ. Rhys our group leader was great. He had loads of local knowledge about places we visited and was able to provide great recommendations for activities during our free time, as well as organising group activities for us in the evenings, such as karaoke. Would recommend this trip!

Fantastic experience: I did the 10 day Croatia Sail trip in July and I can honestly say I had the best time ever! Our tour leader, Becca made the trip so special! She is full of energy, easy to chat to, approachable and professional. I loved that everyone was organised, from included activities such as cycling through the national park to kayaking in Dubrovnik, and even in our free time Becca gave so many recommendations for things to do and places to eat. All the locations were beautiful and I enjoyed how different each one was, from the pretty old towns to national parks and waterfalls. I really enjoyed that dinner was always organised every evening, so we all went to dinner together and you didn’t have to plan anything yourself! I was worried this would be a party tour, but it’s really not. If you want to go out and party the night away you can, but if you just want a couple of drinks, and chat and to sleep at a reasonable hour that was fine too, and there was a mixture of people doing both so you never felt like the odd one out or pressured to do anything, whether you liked to go out or not. I met the most amazing group of people - from UK, USA and Australia. Even though we ranged in age from 19 to 40, we all got on so well and I feel like I’ve made friends for life! Thank you intro and thank you Becca for the trip of a lifetime I will remember forever!

Fantastic experience: I have just completed 18 days in Thailand for the intro travels and I can honestly say that I had the best experience ever. It was genuinely my favourite holiday and I had so much fun from start to finish. It was great to broaden my horizons and learn about new cultures as well as make new friends from all over the world. My group leader was absolutely amazing. Michelle done an amazing job in organising everything and making the group friendships last. With her knowledge and wisdom I think everyone learnt a lot and had a great time. Full of good laughs and memories to last a lifetime. Nana was also incredible and it was great to learn from her. She informed us about the Thai culture and she was very kind and funny. I really had a great time and I will never forget my time here. Thank you guys!!!!

Fantastic experience: I did the Bali intro experience Trip for 12 days and it was in incredible time. Anna was my leader, she was amazing. She solved every problem that comes thru. Has a good knowledge about the culture, and knows the best locations for food and party. It was a once in a lifetime journey with the most amazing people. I met new people, made new friend, made incredible memories. I miss everyone. My next trip will be with Introtravel again.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of having Meg as our tour guide during our trip to Japan, and she truly made the experience unforgettable. Meg’s knowledge of Japan’s history, culture, and hidden gems was remarkable. She brought each location to life with engaging stories and insights that you wouldn’t find in any guidebook. Her enthusiasm was infectious, and she went out of her way to ensure everyone in the group was comfortable and had a great time. Whether it was helping us navigate the busy streets of Tokyo or guiding us through the temples of Kyoto, Meg was always attentive and patient. If you’re looking for a tour guide in Japan who is knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate, I highly recommend Meg.

Fantastic experience: I did the New Zealand North Island Intro trip and it was incredible! We got to see so many cool places, and be immersed in both New Zealand and Māori culture. Not only was the trip great, the guide/group leader, Rhys James was incredible. He was super upbeat and friendly, always willing to answer your questions or help you in whichever area you were in. I also am traveling more in New Zealand after the trip and Rhys has been incredibly helpful giving me ideas of fun activities to do. 10/10 would recommend and I look forward to doing more trips through intro!

Fantastic experience: Overall, I’m very satisfied with the tour in Japan. Locations were great for getting to know this country. The activities were nice and the accommodation was too. We had Gemma Woods as a group leader. She is always ready and prepared for any situation, also she has a lot of knowledge of Japanese culture which nourished our trip a lot. Her recommendations were great too since she knows the locations very well. She is very nice too and we had great time in Karaoke nights. I felt very happy and comfortable with her.

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 15 day Bali Experience trip with Katie! She was an amazing guide and made the trip so much fun! This was my first time doing a solo trip and intro made it so easy & it was such a great way to meet other solo travelers! Highly recommend! Great bang for your buck!

Fantastic experience: Had the best time on the Bali Experience trip this past 12 days! The hotels were lovely and the activities we went on were brilliant - especially swimming with the turtles in Gili and visiting a local home stay where we were get the most delicious Balinese food! Our leader Katie was amazing - we always knew what was going on / meeting times / what we needed to bring with us each day, and on top of that she was always around and ready to help with anything and everything we needed. She was great at being our tour leader at the same time as being part of the group keeping us entertained (even at 2 in the morning before climbing a volcano) and in the loop at all times - I think our trip would have been a whole different experience without her at the helm ♥️ Thanks to Katie and Intro for a brilliant trip in a beautiful country! If anyone is considering the Bali Experience trip, get it booked - you won’t regret it!

Fantastic experience: I did the 17 day New Zealand Adventure Tour last summer and had the most unforgettable time! Our tour guide Sean (accompanied by tour guide Jess who was transferring over from Thailand) were both really enthusiastic, friendly, informative and really fun. There wasn’t a single thing Sean didn’t know about New Zealand and would organise or book any additional activity for us at the drop of the hat, and was really helpful when it came to advice or planning post tour options!

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a trip! My first solo journey to such a beautiful country was truly incredible. I couldn’t recommend it more highly. Anna, our tour leader, was outstanding—she was honest, fun, and extremely helpful. If you’re fortunate enough to have Anna as your guide, you’ll experience not only her love for parties and being my karaoke partner but also her deep knowledge and excellent food recommendations. I feel incredibly lucky to have shared one of my favourite trips with her and participated in all the well-organised activities. The mountain climb and snorkelling were the highlights and some of the best experiences I’ve ever had!

Fantastic experience: I have completed the 12 day Bali intro and it was an amazing trip that I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of travelling. The group leader was great and made sure that everyone knew what was going to be happening, and what activities we would be doing each day, and was also very friendly and approachable with any questions throughout the trip. She also helped everyone with their onward travel after the trip finished. During the trip we got to visit a local family that made us the most amazing lunch (easily the best food I ate whilst in Bali), which is something I just would not have been able to experience if travelling solo without the tour group. We also had some free time on a few days, but during that time you can choose to go off and do some other activities that aren't included too, so we all went scuba diving and had so much fun swimming alongside the tropical fish and the turtles. The group of people that were on the trip were also brilliant and we all got along so well and enjoyed doing all the activities together, and had a lot of fun when staying at the villa in lovina, playing games in the infinity pool overlooking the gorgeous landscapes, and then relaxing with an Indonesian BBQ and some games by the campfire in the evening. Overall I would highly recommend this trip to anyone, and can't wait to get my next one booked! :)

We explored stunning coastal towns like Split and Dubrovnik, swam in the crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, and hiked through a breathtaking national park. Her passion for Croatia was contagious and added so much value to the experience. Becca took us to hidden gems and local spots we would never have found on our own. Fantastic experience: Done the 18 day Thailand tour with Michelle as tour guide. The tour was perfect. There was a perfect balance between city life, nature, nightlife and rest moments. I especially liked the floating bungalows, the full moon party and the elephant sanctuary. What I liked the most however were the tour guides. Michelle in combination with the local tour guide Nana really complemented eachother and made the entire trip a once in a lifetime experience.

Our trip was smooth and we felt so looked after from start to finish. Nana was invaluable to our experience throughout the various locations. Fantastic experience: I have just completed the 12 day Bali intro and I had the best time ever! This time was filled with such amazing activities from snorkeling to volcano hikes, everything was so much fun. Maisie was our tour guide and she was the best. She is so so much fun and extremely helpful and organized , she helped us will all issues both big and small and overall made our trip to Bali an unforgettable experience. Fantastic experience: I did the 12 day Thai Intro with Michelle and Nana. They were exceptional and made the trip one I will remember for the rest of my life. I had the best time, the group was so nice and the places you go along the way are absolutely stunning, everyone should do something like this! Fantastic experience: Well what can I say, this really was a trip of a lifetime. Sailing the Dalmatian coast has always been a bucket list item for me and this ticked that box beyond anything I could have imagined. The crew was amazing, the boat Leonardo was the perfect platform for the journey and I have made memories that will last forever. Our group leader Becca did a fantastic job of making sure everyone was safe and knew what was going on. She kept the energy up everyday and was constantly on hand when anyone needed any help. The vibe on the boat was always great, people never felt pressured into doing things they didn’t want to do and at the same time we all pushed ourselves out of our comfort zones a bit. This is the only way to see Croatia and I would do the same trip again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic experience: My trip to Croatia was my third solo trip, but it was my first one with Into Travel. It was hands down the best trip that I have done. From the moment I signed up I was assisted with any questions or worries about traveling. When our tour guide Becca was assigned to us she was so helpful! She made any worries of travels to get there disappear! She answered any and all questions I had before the trip officially started. She was there to greet us and help us get settled in. Becca has such a friendly, bubbly and welcoming personality! I knew that it was going to be an amazing time! With such a large group she took the time to get to know everyone. She took a group of people from all over the world and created a “family” of fun times, laughter and memories to last a lifetime. Plus awesome dance moves to get everyone ready for what the day/night would bring. I am already planning my next Intro Travel trip because of my guide Becca! If you get her as your guide, you are going to have a wonderful time!

Everything was organised and I did not have to worry about a single thing the whole tour - it was seamless! We had Andri for our group leader and his communication, knowledge and organisation was next level. I felt like I could go to him any time with any questions and the help was given instantly. Andri also helped me with onward travel, I would have been lost without him!

Fantastic experience: Just had the most amazing time in Japan with Intro. So much more was included than I had expected (all train / transport tickets, all entry fees, some meals) and I didn’t have to turn my brain on once throughout the trip, everything was sorted for us! We had enough free time to do any specific things we wanted and had plenty of recommendations from our group leader (though if you only did the organised activities and chilled out in the free time that was still plenty). The hostels we stayed in were all stunning and we never had more than 2-4 of us in a room. Fantastic experience: I signed up for Intro travel's 12 day Sri Lanka experience group tour. I'm so happy I did it! Would definitely not have experienced that much if I had to organize everything myself. Everything was so well planned and organized, so all of us could just relax and enjoy it all. I was lucky enough to be recommended this tour by my sister, so myself and my partner decided to also book on after she she said it was an amazing experience and oh wow it sure was! Fantastic experience: Had a fantastic time on the Croatian trip, the trip itself was brilliant with a different location and activity each day. If I was to be critical of anything it would be the choice/variety for breakfast and lunch. Our leader Becky was simply fantastic, bubbly, quirky, always happy, fun, informative. Our group couldn't have wished for a better guide, her experience and enthusiasm shone bright each day. My personal favourites was Mljet, the cycle ride through the national park with a swim in the picturesque lake was beautiful, the peaceful gorgeous scenery in Trstenic, Korcula, with the group watching the sunset in Makarska, there's simply too many to mention! Thank you Becks and the whole group for a truly wonderful experience creating so many memories. X

Fantastic experience: Had the best time on my Intro New Zealand North and South Island tour! Rhys was the best leader ever and absolutely made the tour. He was so fun, organised and always made sure everyone was having the best time and was always prepared with facts and knowledge of the places we went to! Also really appreciated how carful he was looking out for my dietary requirements in both the included meals and the restaurants we went to as well as helping me plan my onwards travel and activities for after the tour too! Fantastic experience: My husband and I just returned from the 15-day Bali Experience tour. It was a great trip - the perfect combination of exploring, cultural elements and relaxation. Our group leader, Liam, was the best! He was very knowledgeable on Bali, planned everything perfectly, but also let us adapt as the tour progressed based on our preferences. I also want to shout out the amazing drivers that Intro uses (driving in Bali is no easy feat!) and the local guides, who were all so wonderful :)

Negative experience: My daughter and I were repatriated because she has dengue fever. I have yet to hear from you. Though I do not hold you responsible for acts of nature, I do hold you responsible for the way you respond to acts of nature. She started to feel ill on Friday 6/21, her fever started the next day, today is 6/24. Our 30-year-old guide could not handle an emergency and was busy with the other guests taking them on the prescheduled tours and taking care of his needs like going to the gym. It falls on your corporate policies and systems of support to help guests during emergencies. Your current systems at best are abysmal. You cannot expect a guide to deal with emergencies and manage the tour at the same time. You should have a support team for situations like this instead of leaving your guests out to dry and your tour guide as well. I am in shock that you mishandled such a serious situation with 15 years in the business. Your company dropped the ball multiple times but it is inexcusable to provide zero support during a medical emergency. I purchased the best insurance and I arranged and prodded and called and hussled to get my daughter care. In the meantime it was radio silence on your end. I had to pay over 1000$ usd out of pocket just to get basic care. I hope to be reimbursed by my insurance. I am appalled at the lack of care, compassion, and customer service. The only reason we stood a chance is because I made all the arrangements. Your company endangers the lives of the people they are paid to serve through negligence and dereliction. My mistake after traveling to 28 countries on my own was thinking we would be safe with a tour company based in the U.K. and Australia. I asked my tour guide multiple times what the plan was during the tour in regards to safety, the weather issues, and other unexpected things, but he kept gatekeeping the information. His reply was the company will handle it. You did not handle it. Instead, your company decided that it was perfectly safe to send us to Holbox which was flooded due to cyclone Alberto and in the middle of a dengue outbreak. We should have gone to an alternate, safer location. I learned from the dengue outbreak from the hotel staff. My daughter’s exposure to dengue should have been minimized by your company and we should have been warned on the severity of the situation prior to arrival so we would’ve been better prepared. Our guide did the best he could but was ill equipped to deal with complex situations. Several of us fell ill during this trip. I assumed he had let you know when one of us was ill and you provided guidance. What are your protocols? Why have you not contacted me when I emailed you and I was in constant communication with my guide sharing my concerns? This repatriation is not the only time lives were on the line. The drivers you hired put our lives on the line multiple times. Just because locals take blind turns doesn’t mean they should. I spoke up many times about road safety to our guides. Our guide told me our driver from Cancun to HOLBOX was going 70 km on an isolated country road, full of potholes, on a very rainy day. It felt very unsafe considering the conditions. The speed of the van matters considering the weather, unsecured luggage at the front, load, and other road conditions. On top of this, the accommodations, more often than not were subpar. While some of the hotels were decent some left a lot to be desired. The hotel in Mexico City had a broken window on the first floor, leaving us exposed to anyone being able to come into the room at any time. We moved to a new room only to return to find the door left wide open by hotel staff. Another hotel had a broken AC. Another had mold on the walls and a stagnant smell. Your company does great as long as everything goes according to plan but the moment a guest needs assistance it all falls apart. So unfortunately, our beautiful memories have a dark shadow. Do better.

Fantastic experience: I've been on two intro trips now - Epic Asia & Epic Indonesia! Both trips were incredible - particular highlights include the elephants in Chiang Mai, making lanterns in Vietnam, Angkor Wat at sunrise, and the boat trip in Komodo National Park. Everything is brilliantly organised and the group leaders are amazing. A particular shout out to Mea, Adam C, Tola & Greta for making my trips the best!

Fantastic experience: Unforgettable 19 Days in Indonesia I spent 19 days in Indonesia visiting Bali, Ubud, the Gili Islands, and Komodo Island. The beautiful beaches, vibrant culture, and lush landscapes were amazing. The Gili Islands, especially Gili Trawangan (Gili T), were the highlight. The clear blue waters, fun nightlife, and incredible people made it unforgettable. The song "Life is a Highway" became the anthem of our trip, and now, every time we hear it, we’re reminded of this incredible adventure. Meeting wonderful people along the way made everything even better. Highly recommend this trip to everyone! ❤️

Fantastic experience: I have just finished a fabulous 10 days in the beautiful country of Croatia with IntroTravel. Becca my tour leader was absolutely amazing and would always go above and beyond to make sure each day was special, well organised, and fun! I especially loved exploring Dubrovnik & dancing the night away on the boat (with many bell rings for shots to go alongside this). I always felt well informed and learnt lots about each place we visited. I cannot recommend this tour enough and if you’re lucky enough to get Becca as a leader then you’re in for a fantastic time!!

Fantastic experience: Just completed the Croatia Sail Adventure and had the most incredible time. Despite turning up late due to a cancelled flight, the whole group were so welcoming. The tour guide Becca was amazing and so supportive when I couldn’t make it out on time. Giving me advice on where to stay and how to get to the boat to meet everyone as soon as I could. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Becca continued to be fabulous throughout the whole tour, with excellent recommendations on each island, great knowledge of the local areas and where to have the most fun! Becca is an absolute ray of sunshine. Beautiful human inside and out. The tour itself was beautiful. Can not recommend Croatia enough and even while I was still there, I was planning when I could go back. All of the islands were so picturesque, clear blue water and all the locals were super friendly. The national park we visited with the waterfalls was also beautiful and every sunset, in every location was worth watching. Staying on a boat with the most incredible group of people was the best part. The evenings often bought lots of fun and many, many bell rings. If I could experience it all over again I would. I have made friends for life, even if they are across the world. I look forward to my next trip which I have already put a deposit on!

Fantastic experience: I have just finished the 28 day East Coast Adventure Tour with group leaders Val & Shannon. I had an absolutely amazing time on the tour - all of our stops were Beautiful and the scenery across the east coast was stunning. My highlight of the tour was the Whitsundays boat trip; this part alone makes the group tour worth considering, as it offers a unique experience that would be difficult to replicate as a solo traveller. The three-day boat trip provided stunning views and memorable moments that I wouldn't have wanted to miss! I signed up for the +work package as well which Intro offers. My tour leaders were so helpful in providing presentations to show us what is required to work in Australia and guiding us through all the documentation as well. They supported with CV writing and using their own contacts to find job leads which I really appreciated. Shannon & Val were both incredibly knowledgeable and well-travelled, sharing fascinating insights and stories that made the trip so much fun! They were also very approachable and easy to get on with, always ready to help with a smile and engage in meaningful conversations. Their enthusiasm and dedication made the experience truly enjoyable, and I loved having them as part of our adventure.

They were both very knowledgeable about all the locations, gave great recommendations for things to do and had such positive energy throughout. Fantastic experience: Just finished at 2 week tour with Dan and Chris through South Africa. The itinerary gives you a taste of the beauty of SA from the history, culture and wildlife. However, the trip was made memorable with both Dan and Chris who went above and beyond with information, little surprises along the way to make sure all aspects of the trip was a 5 star service. This inc from pick up to making sure onward destinations were organised. In my case, retrieving lost luggage from my inbound flight. Highly recommend this trip and your leaders .

Fantastic experience: Just finished the 13 day phillipines tour The trip was just so fantastic Sophie was the best tour leader ever and someone I think everyone has fallen in love with on this trip. We saw so many Fantastic things and experienced an abundance of joy throughout our 13 days, all of the transport was seamless and nearly everything was perfectly on time if only slightly early in arrival times. Fantastic experience: I’ve done many trips with Intro previously and was ecstatic when they started a South Africa one so I could visit my dream destination. The trip didn’t disappoint - you experience so much culturally with the itinerary and the safari and accommodations were fantastic. Our guides Dan and Chris were very informative and had a lot of energy throughout the trip, couldn’t imagine the experience without them both. They also made us feel very safe the full time too. Would easily recommend this Intro South Africa trip to anyone who has it on their bucket list!

Fantastic experience: THAILAND 18 DAY (EPIC ASIA) This was an incredible trip and super stress free, which made it more enjoyable. Our group leader was Charlie and he was so amazing! He had great knowledge about Thailand and the culture. He was inclusive and had incredible energy that was contagious. He also jumped out on to the road from a moving car to save my phone, that I dropped. He is a legend! The activities were engaging and really encouraged you to get involved with the culture. My favourite was the hill tribe trek, where we met our local guide, who was also great. The elephant camp was also amazing and should not be missed!

Fantastic experience: Ive just finished the Bali Experience tour with Katie which was amazing and would highly recommend. Everything on the lead up to the tour was great, including the airport pick up and Katie being at the hotel to meet us. All accommodation was in a great location and the literary was great to have a mix of activities to get a well rounded experience of Bali. There was also a good amount of free time throughout the trip to do what you wanted, which Katie helped with recommendations and booking. As a female travelling on my own, this trip was perfect to see and experience Bali feeling safe, and with a great tour leader. Katie was a phenomenal! She was really friendly, funny and organised, taking all stress away so we could enjoy our trip.

Fantastic experience: I did the 12 day Bali Intro and had the best time! Me and my group loved everywhere we stayed and had such a blast doing activities like hiking an active volcano or snorkelling with turtles. All the accommodations we stayed in were so clean and in lovely locations with nightlife and beaches near so easy and really safe to wander in our free time. My group leader Liam was phenomenal and made the trip the incredible experience it was, being super supportive and kind whenever anyone needed him as well as making me laugh every step of the journey. I already wish I could do it all again!

Fantastic experience: I’ve just had the most amazing 13 day tour experience in Japan with Intro travel. The trip was very well organised and flew by with ease. Our trip leader Gemma was excellent - always on standby to help out with the tour and aid us in additional activities each individual wanted to participate in, off the tour plan. I sometimes forgot she was the guide as she fitted in with the group perfectly and felt like she was one of us. We had a pretty amazing group - varied from all over the globe. My personal highlight of the tour was seeing the snow monkeys in their natural environment, the samurai lesson and visiting the Macho Bar in Kyoto. Intro travel has really surprised me and I am already looking into booking another tour with them in the near future!

The tour was very well organised and a great way to experience the island in a sustainable way. I'm so grateful for our tour leader, Liam, who was knowledgeable in terms of the history and culture of Bali and made our trip so much fun. Fantastic experience: I just finished my 13 day Philippines Island explorer with Andri and Kells (for half the trip) as our wonderful leaders. Both were super friendly, funny, easy going, and helpful as well as great at communicating what we were going to be doing for the day. There was even 3 separate birthdays and each of them got a cake and a wonderful bday celebration from our leaders! What I love about IntroTravel is how it’s like elevated backpacking but stress free! I really enjoyed as well all the activities picked for us to do and accommodation was decent for the price (really liked the hotels in Coron and Manila though). Finally, the 3 day boat trip from Coron to El Nido was def the highlight of the whole trip! It was a wonderful bonding experience and made me get closer with my group members and really made us friends for life. The food cooked by the boat crew cannot be missed, it was by far the best meals we had on the whole trip. Overall, out of all the Intro tours I’ve done so far, this was one is my favorite.
