Negative experience: I joined a tour with family in the UK after my wedding. The driver guide was unprofessional and knows very little about the sightseeing places. He said to us that he had never been to those places and there's nothing nice to see. He basically dropped us off and let us wandered.As we arrived the hotel, the guide asked us to check in ourselves. The hotel rooms bookings were managed badly with wrong names and we wasted a lot of time to solve the problem. The hotel even said we didn't pay the room fees. It was an absolute nightmare to travel with this unprofessional company. I would NOT recommend it at all.

Fantastic experience: I don’t normally write review, but If I do it’s typically a negative one. However, I felt Lulutrip deserves some amazing praise for their good work. It was an absolute pleasure working with Lulutrip. They helped pick my dream destination within my strict budget constraints. I am certainly not an easy customer to work with, but they were calm, collected and understood exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The trip was amazing, one I will treasure forever. Without doubt, I will book my next trips via them.

Fantastic experience: I booked aurora tour to Finland with Lulutrip for coming Xmas as a treat for my sister's bday! I am so excited about it! One of the customer service girl is absolutely amazing! She spent so much time to share me the tips on hunting aurora in Nordic Countries and what to do in Finland ....

Negative experience: This is an intermediary agency, and you need to be particularly careful of its traps. When searching for its UK site on Google, the phone number dialed is actually a US phone number, is this a way to charge for calls? Moreover, if a trip is booked in the US, the order number provided is different from the UK order number, it took almost 30 minutes to figure this out, very frustrating!

Positive experience: The customer service was good. Oscar was nice n being positive to my questions. I am looking forward to my trip.
