Fantastic experience: Deepa saved the day today after real upset for the clients with a flight delay by 17 hours. Got them on a flight which will take off an hour later than planned and gets them to start the roadtrip only 70 minutes later. Deepa was professional and swift to act. Super star. Excellent service.

Fantastic experience: Initial booking for the client went smoothly with a really competitive price. Unfortunately the customer had a medical emergency whilst they were on their trip and had to return home early. Komal was amazing in helping to arrange the change of flights even staying on after they should have gone home to make sure it was all sorted out. Amazing!
