Fantastic experience: Deepa saved the day today after real upset for the clients with a flight delay by 17 hours. Got them on a flight which will take off an hour later than planned and gets them to start the roadtrip only 70 minutes later. Deepa was professional and swift to act. Super star. Excellent service.

Unfortunately the customer had a medical emergency whilst they were on their trip and had to return home early. Her support and help were fantastic, and I really couldn't have supported my guests who are currently on their holidays aboard without her. The live chat was open for a couple of days due to the time difference between the UK and the guests' destination.
