Negative experience: Horrible service and liars They are a fraudulent company please do not book with this company!!! They lied about our flights or accommodation everything for Umrah . How can you run a umrah and hajj package with lies and fraud. May Allah give back the pain you have caused people and nothing to work for you in this life and that money will be haram for you.

Negative experience: 0 stars not even 1 star. The hotels were not booked when we arrived the hotels were overbooked and they made us move to two different hotels in Makkah and three different hotels in Madina!! No organisation or leadership on the trip. I am beyond shocked by the service provided to those who simply want to perform ummrah with ease after paying alot of money.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs! I'd give no stars if I could Stranded in Saudi after doing umrah as flights were cancelled without my knowledge even though thousands of pounds were paid and I'm unable to get hold of anyone from the agency. Parents have separate flights and have been told by Qatar Airways the flights don't exist. Others travelling in the same group as us also having the same issue. The worst travel agency to use. They also claim they are IATA registered but upon checking after these issues, they have actually been discredited. Frauds

Negative experience: I would give 0 stars if I could! The service provided is not as described. The staff ignore you and hide after taking your money. They have no interest in customer service. If you don’t want to be scammed, then please save your coins.

Negative experience: This Hajj 2019,,,my friend who travelled with London star travel with worst experience. He has not given appropriate and adequate information about Saudi sim, so the old man is left out without any communication. They lost my friend in Mina and when I asked travel company manager who accompanied Haji's said we will look for him after Hajj! I politely asked him why don't you inform Muallim who is holding his passport, why not inform Saudi Hajj police etc,, group leader replied I am busy. My friend infromed me his luggage gone in different bus, women given go ahead to fill up bus and bus was full..so no space. He has not provided any wrist band or ID . so when he is looking for his group no one could help him. I would definitely not use this travel agency for any sort of Travel. Poor customer care, lack of sensitivity to customer, irresponsible, arabic speaking (sounds like) but very poor English accent,,,difficult to understand. I had to spend 3 days to get a hotel address from group leader. When asked for hotel address group leader given me Road name and said this the Hotel name !!! I thought I should forgive him/ them ..I did but for justice I thought I should share this experience with people as they research customer reviews before travel with this company.
