Negative experience: I sent money in June 2024 via their service the funds have not been received or refunded as of yet. The staff of K S enterprise have not called me once or have even shown any concern. Avoid! Very bad customer service.

Fantastic experience: I recently booked my first family Umrah package with the help of KS Rahman Travels. The customer service was exceptional. I found them to be transparent and honest throughout the process, telling me all the pros and cons of the different hotels (ended up staying at Swissotel Makkah and Hilton Madina.) I had issues trying to book my Rawda visit via the Nusak app and the team took it upon themselves to book on our behalf. I was contacted throughout with updates regarding confirmation of flight, hotel and visa. I cannot recommend K.S. Rahman Travels enough. May Allah continue to bless their business. The reason why I mentioned Swissotel Makkah is because this hotel is the only hotel that has two entrances and exit. This is very helpful when you have a young family. Before and after prayer the officials turn the Haram/area into a one way system, Swissotel allows you to take a short cut to the other side which is only for guests.

Negative experience: Charge £65 per passport for nvr for bd. Said it will take 2 weeks, when actually it took over 4 weeks to arrive at their office. They do not take card. They do cash or bank transfer only. Flight and money transfer prices are also higher than others.

Negative experience: We had really bad and ridiculous service from the KS Rahman Travels this culprit has sold our return tickets without confirming the ticket and this is the person who sold our tickets for even more expensive to another customer without telling us after knowing that the return ticket wasn’t confirmed. This person told us it was booked as return ticket and then we found out it was booked for only one way tickets. We didn’t get any compensation back from the travel agent for having so many problems with our tickets. We will never book again with this extremely worse travel agent. This travel agent is one of the worst service we received after booking our tickets with them. This is the man above who did this with us. I have reported your company as a fraud as you have done this to many customers.

Fantastic experience: I am amazed at the service at this travel agents. I booked my return tickets to Bangladesh here, starting off with a phone call, and did my PCR RT test here on site. I was able to ask as many questions as I needed to, and was never made to feel uncomfortable or like I was wasting anyone's time. I will return here in future to book all my travels to Bangladesh in shaa Allah. Highly recommend!
