Fantastic experience: Ive used Madina travels in 2011 for hajj, all my family members have used them for hajj throughout the years. We used them again this year for umrah. The service was amazing, someone from the team checked us in at both makkah and madina hotels, always checked on us. And brother shelim was very prompt with responding from UK with any questions we had. Madina travel sorted out all our visas, transfers and ziyarahs before we went, was a very strees free experience with everything already put in place. They organised someone to do umrah with my disabled father with a wheelchair, he was picked him up from the hotel, performed umrah and bought back to the hotel. Same support was given to him in madina where her was taken to the rawda and jannatul barqi. Amazing service and they genuinely care. May Allah reward them immensely. Will definitely recommend to everyone for both umrah and hajj.

Negative experience: Poor customer service. Ripping off my dear friends parents because of the last 10 days in Ramadan. How so? By promising them a room which is not shared and then sticking them in a room with 8! Yes Eight! Other people. medina travels customer service just responded by you get what you pay for! But he clarified before booking and was reassured it was not shared. For umrah advice check the Facebook hajj/umrah group UK.

Negative experience: My experience with this agent is disgustingly poor, from pick up from airport to hotel, , both hotels Makkah and Medina were disgusting, when there were any issues we were left on our own to deal with everything I have been told to have sabr. by the agent. Unfortunately I am Person of principle and I feel if I am not honest, others will continue to suffer. Please consider and just because it may look like a 100£ cheaper don’t use their services. The two young people at Feildgate road were ok. It’s the service after that. Hotel’s were disgusting, guid no where to be found, and they were rude, unprofessional , coaches were always late up to 3hrs late, I kept my cool and politeness for the sake of Allah , but I inform them how poor their services were and how so totally I am dissatisfied with their services.

Negative experience: the WORST experience ever for Umrah. unfulfilled amanah, lack of communications, incorrect bookings, and once payment was made to them, they stopped reponding

Fantastic experience: Firstly Shahidur Ali who gave one star,I totally disagree with him, I was with this brother so I will give you my side of the story. The brother asked me if I knew some agency so I recommended Madina, he didn't bring a agency to the table to start with. Madina asked how much we wanted to pay and he and I wanted to pay the lowest amount £1000. The package was explained as written below: We flew via Air Egypt, the package had Pick up an drop offs, Tour Guides(That could've been better) stayed at Anjum Hotel with Breakfast included, we also had someone to guide us through the Umrah, transportation to madina and a decent hotel with breakfast. What problems the brother had: Firstly the brother had issues with people pushing him in and around the Haram, then he had issues with eating in places, he also mentioned we was too far from the Haram. Giving to the poor he had alot to say about that. I think we paid less than what we got, I had the best spiritual experience ever and the brother said he will never go back to Saudi. Allah is the All Seeing the All knowing.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdullilah I’m glad to say that we had a lovely umrah experience with Madina Travels. The hotels in Makkah and Madina were very good. We stayed in Anjum Hotel which was very nice and clean, as well as close to umrah gate. Hotel in Madina was few minutes walking distance to the haram and provided delicious iftar and friendly service. Jazakallah khairan Abdul Hadi Bhai for your great services. In sha Allah we will use your service again in the future!

Fantastic experience: I have travelled with Madina Travels during Hajj 2018 and found the service recieved to be reliable as advised at the time of booking. Despite the rising number of Pilgrims going to Saudi each year, the staff in Saudi have gone the extra mile on numerous occassions. Would definately recommend.

Negative experience: I would never go to these people, I went with them because I went with one of madinah travels relatives and he told me they are good, but it turn out to be the worst place ever. They are the biggest liar and they act like they are so religious when they are ripping people of, I would recommend nobody to go to them. They rip there own Cousin off. There is a guy called Muslim Ali in Saudi that helps people out working on under madinah travels , he turn out to be the biggest Fraud, including the owner of Madina travels, all of them. If anyone wants to go umrah or hajj please avoid the biggest lying company madinah travels, and be careful of the owner, he is a very good lier. AVOID THEM, STAY AWAY
