Negative experience: It’s okay for just sleeping ! It’s a fair distance from the metro ! And nothing interesting around it too ! It has a kettle in room and it’s quiet except when night revellers come to their rooms ! Apart from fact they offer free shaving and skin care I didn’t much like anything ! Staff are ok if they speak English!

Negative experience: Awful customer service from Imran Travels in London. Once you paid for ticket and thats it. They are not bothered to give you any extra attention or help if you are having any difficulties such as any cancellations for any emergency. I would never recommend this agency to anyone at all and even I would like to tell all the airlines to cancel their license if they see my review. There is no point of putting the airline passengers to have hassle and putting down their reputations. This agency not even deserves to have 1 star. I’m soooo disappointed with this agency service. Please avoid this agency.

Negative experience: Lies up on lies... cancellation by the airline is £75 per ticket, they told me £125 per ticket, that 4 weeks ago and now it £140 per ticket , when randomly called and asked they told me £200, I told him please speakthe truth as you making you self look like a liar... a joke of a company... avoid...

Negative experience: May Allah give them hidayat as I have suffered a lot coming for Umrah so many bat far work for them crazy as them. They don't care at all,not communition,says one things then they do other .please very careful about this people.

Fantastic experience: Me and my family use this travel agent and we never had any issues. I phoned Imran Travels to book a ticket to BD and spoke to Pollab, who was very helpful and sorted everything out over the phone without any hassle and he even offered me a cheaper ticket (nearly £400 cheaper) but couldn’t take it cause of my work. Thank you Pollab for the excellent service.

Positive experience: Booked Tickets for Umrah. Deposit was paid. We where suppose to fly out in April 2020. Due to covid lockdown and flights were cancelled as per government guidelines. So therefore travel agent phoned us and cancelled all tickets. I went to collect deposit for all 10 tickets. Guess what. They deducted admin fee for all tickets They didnt refund full money even though Uk Government cancelled flights and Trading standards ordered businesses to refund. These guys didnt have it written down anywhere about cancellation and refund policy. Becareful when booking flights ✈️

Negative experience: Emirates airlines cancel my flight 21st April 20 but not yet get my money back, Imran travel claim refund 12th Jun 20 , emirates refund without penalty but they did not refund me yet.

Negative experience: Everyone please be aware of there fraud travel agent! I gave my wife’s passport for renewal to mifta! Who uses imran travel for the embassy work! My passport was ready 2 months ago but there never collected! I had to go myself to the embassy to collect the passport! Mita is a con artist. Everyone please be away.

Negative experience: Good for prices but tried to charge me 3% extra when I tried to pay by credit card. Illegal as it is and even worse when they have taken a deposit from you.

Negative experience: Used for first time on recent trip to Bangladesh, at airport check in was advised 2 separate bookings made as per printout and will be seated separate and to make worse separate cabins of plane because full plane. This was first trip to Bangladesh with my family since having kids, Family of 5. Adding to natural tension of going desh with young kids on long haul flight. To be told will be separated due to travel agency booking separate. I can’t think of any logical reason to book Seperate, was flight fully booked? We booked 2 months in advance so doubtful. Simply agency wanted sale of tickets and not mindful of customers needs and safty. Imran travels Worst travel experience to date. Will never use again or recommend.

Negative experience: Salaam to all who read this. We travelled to umrah in this year, 2018. We arrived at our hotel in Makkah at around 10pm and was told by the hotel reception that there is no reservation under the booking reference provided to us. The hotel stated they sent emails to Imran travel requesting payment or they will cancel booking as the card the Imran travel agents used for payment had declined. We then had no choice but to pay from our own pockets at premium price as it was the weekend. By the time we checked in and completed umrah it was almost fajr time. This was extremely difficult especially with a young family! They have a guy over there to help and assist the pilgrims but he was completely cluesless. He stated that this is not the first time Imran Travels have done this. They owe him money too! I am still waiting for compensation from them. Every week they promise to transfer the money but some how keep forgetting to do it.. Please be careful when arranging Umrah with these people. They are dishonest and crooked with no regard for keeping to their word. Hope this helps.

For payment they called the house lied, was aggressive on the phone to my wife and threatened her with saying that price will go up to £900 if not paid today, this was by Iqbal! All they needed to do is call me and ask for payment although I agreed to go and pay already with another worker. Disgusting, please avoid!!

Fantastic experience: I bought ticket couple of times for my Brother. They gave me cheapest fare in the market. It's little busy and some times bit of waiting, but it's worth since everyone is gathering here for cheap flight.

Negative experience: Same experience as Gubba. Called them but they offered to change rooms. Rooms doesn't make it better if the whole hotel is disgusting and is not what we paid for which was 3 star and this could be described as a very cheap bnb at best. I am staying at this rubbish hotel as I write this. I would recommend everyone to stay away from these liars. How can they do this to people travelling to umrah.

Negative experience: Please do not book with them especially for umrah or hajj. The level of stress and worry they caused throughout my stay there is unexplainable. We landed and got to the hotel at 4am only to find out that the hotel wasn't booked and they hadn't even paid for our rooms. So we called them up from Saudi and they said we had to wait for the hotel manager who came in at 9am. This meant we had to remain in ihram for a further 5 hours instead of going straight to do umrah as we couldn't leave our suitcases anywhere. This was particularly difficult after the long journey. After it was sorted and after being awake for over 21 hours, we completed our umrah. The next day we went down to get breakfast, the hotel staff told us we hadn't paid for breakfast so we can't have it. They also said we'd only paid for one night so we need to leave at 2pm. I called up Nahid at Imran travels again and he said there had been a 'confusion' with the hotel. Imran travels therefore ended up paying for 6 days in Makkah, 3 days without breakfast. But we'd paid them for the hotel to be available for 7 days with breakfast. Only after returning back to UK, have I found out they've done similar things to other people. Once they've got your money, they deliver far less so they can keep more of your money. There were many other problems, going from Makkah to Medina, too many to list, but those were the main ones within the first two days of being in Saudi Arabia. One of the worst travel agencies I've come across, not only because they're accomplished liars but also extremely unapologetic. Instead they try use Islam to justify the troubles they've caused you i.e. when I called after the hotel wasn't booked 'did you come to Allahs house to argue with me'. Disgusting men.

Negative experience: The owner ashiqur and people who run the agency are scheming and big liars they say they will give you the best experience. But they will give the shittiest service available. If you have any enemies and want to take revenge recommend Iran travels and ur revenge will be done. So please don't recommend to anyone.Jazak Allahu khairan

Negative experience: They took money from me for 3-4 star hotel for my Umra package but gave 0 star hotel,me and my children all got sick hotel got bedbugs,cockroach,broken toilet seat, broken bed and dirty carpet so make sure check everything before you go with them
