Negative experience: Unprofessional and Rude Service I had a deeply unsatisfactory experience with Euro Africa, particularly with an agent named Osman. Instead of offering helpful advice, Osman spoke with a blatant attitude and was outright rude. His condescending tone and unprofessional behavior were completely unacceptable. Rather than assisting me with my travel queries, he chose to insult my way of thinking, which is shocking for someone in a customer-facing role. This level of disrespect and lack of basic customer service is appalling. I expect professionalism, not arrogance and rudeness from a travel agency. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Euro Africa to anyone and would strongly advise looking elsewhere for more respectful and competent service. If this is how they treat clients, they clearly have no interest in maintaining customer relationships.

Fantastic experience: Best company ever for hajj The management are excellent especially LIBAN For his kindness and patient , yes the hajj wasn't easy this year extremely hot weather crowded ETC ,,,, but what I have noticed unfortunately many of our group have no Muslim mannerisms , Rude , no respect, constantly looking for trouble ,they shouldn't be going to hajj better stay at home and safe your money . Positive experience: First time I have been in contact with EuroAfrica Travel Lt, I spoke to Alex asked him I I want to travel to Congo, Kinshasa in July. But I was looking for a cheaper flight deals, he kindly helped me out finding me a cheaper tickets I was really pleased, Alex is a nice guy really friendly and kind, really helpful person. Fantastic experience: Our summer holiday in Kenya was fantastic thanks to Euro Africa travel both UK branch and Nairobi were absolutely fantastic. We worked with our agents to establish what types of things we were interested in Kenya,put together an itinerary we then made some alterations to, and the rest was seamless! The communication throughout the trip was great, the instructions were easily connected .The quality of the tours, hotels, etc. were also great and the prices remained extremely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this company when planning a trip

Negative experience: the dude who was handling my case kept disappearing and eventually lost my reservation. he was extremely rude and i lost my flight. after that i get forwarded to another woman who takes five days to change a letter on the reservation. the next one gave me the wrong date. so with only 10 days to go. i am stuck. no thanks to these imbeciles i will find my own placements. thank you

Fantastic experience: I went on an economy Hajj package with this agency but it never felt low cost for one moment. They offered much more than they promised and looked after all the Hajis really well. It was my first Hajj and the journey of a lifetime and thanks to Euro Africa Travel it definitely felt that way. Negative experience: Worst travel agent ever they were charging me nearly double the charge the airline wanted to change a flight booking would advice people never to use this agent and they alway come out with fake excuses.
