Negative experience: SCAM. FRAUD. STAY AWAY. Not even worth 1 star. we were in the process of paying for emirates tickets for our holiday. Then get a call from the bank saying someone is trying to send money to pakistan from our card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY’RE FRAUD. They’ll do everything for you, with details surface value but are actual thieves, sending ur money to wherever, and not the airline. Don't trust any agents, for example RIYA! did everything at surface level for us to be found out they’re stealing our hard earned money. Disgraceful. Hope your business fails and goes bankrupt. It’s people like you scammers that make good things take a turn for the worse. And whoever got sent that money, we’re watching u.

Positive experience: after I found out about Star Travel, I stopped worrying about the marathon searches on travel sites. Now I just need the destinations and dates.

Negative experience: Please DO NOT buy from Star Travels. At first instance they are amazing and say all the right things and do the best for your needs. However, they are definitely doing something fraudulent. We paid for our flights to India for 10 people. Got e-tickets. Everything seems on board. We made booking in March 2023. Just checking on the airline website, in May. Our tickets DO NOT EXIST!! I was shocked! When I rang the airline, they said that the tickets were not confirmed and therefore the money was refunded back!!! We didn't not have this refund! They had been refunded back to the Star Travels credit card. I think what they are doing is take it as far as they can go. Take our money into agency accounts, which I remember we paid to different name of agency and it was 2 different payments. They would not accept credit cards. We had quite a few that we tried. We should have realised then something isn't right. Then make an effort to pay. They don't go through with the payment, so it is refunded to their accounts. We customers are none the wiser. They ar committing a fraud here. I have asked for refund. Apparently it will take 14 days!!! On this day and age of online culture! I am still waiting. Please DO NOT BUY from them.

Fantastic experience: Star Travel UK are an amazing business providing great services to people who want to travel to various destinations. I was able to speak to their representative and I was given the relevant information I needed. So they are efficient, great and good at what they do. Unfortunately, there are people taking advantage of their 5 star reviews by claiming to work for them and scamming people out of their hard earned money. Individuals by the name of “Kareena” or “Simon” who are offering cheap tickets and claiming that they work for this business. Please contact Star Travel UK first to confirm whether someone is a staff member/ representative before you purchase a ticket. It’s not this businesses fault that they are being used as a pawn for people who want to take advantage of vulnerable people.

Negative experience: I’ve been scammed by Simon Louv, us startravel and paid for two return tickets, he’s called me made me believing that I will receive my E-tickets on 30 March 2022, I emailed him on that day he’s never reply, I phone all three numbers he used, the person who answer as poorly English, I no— no Simon, can I speak to your supervisor or manager, No Simon that’s all us get what a joke this will not stop!!!!

The itinerary was carefully thought through and perfectly booked although in the middle of the Covid pandemic. The trip represented great value for money. London to Porto Alegre in Brazil and back via Madrid. The booking was easy, the pre-information packet was timely and thorough. Interim questions were handled promptly and thoroughly, including going out of their way to help me with some hard to get reservations and short notice amends due to Covid travel restrictions.
