Negative experience: Recently, my family and I traveled to Umrah, and during the ticket booking process with SA Travel and Tour, the agent assured us that our accommodations would be in a five-star hotel. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely untrue. Upon entering our hotel rooms, we encountered cockroaches, and the showers were in a deplorable state. This was our first experience with Umrah, and it was marred by the poor quality of the hotel. When we attempted to reach out to the agent for assistance, he turned off his phone and showed no concern for our situation. The rooms assigned to us were located at the far end of the hotel and were of a standard far below that of a two-star establishment. WARNING TO ALL PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT USE SA Travel and Tour
