Fantastic experience: I never do reviews but I just had to leave a review because of the exceptional service I received. I had to travel last minute and needed a PCR test before booking my flight. I called a few places first but none explained the whole process or gave reassurance advice until I called WSS! They were so patient and explained everything despite me going back and forth and changing flights etc. They gave exceptional service through out! I even messaged at midnight the day before my flight as my printer was playing up and I need to print my results and they responded immediately with a solution!! Really Appreciate!
