Fantastic experience: Helpful and polite members of staff I wanted to apply for a biometric card I was directed by owner to the Refugee and Migrant Centre on Waterloo Road. The shop books travel flights and sells homeward goods.The owner was very helpful to myself.

Negative experience: Tried to book a flight and one of the team member just said that it would not be possible. Maybe it was not his day. I do not know but he was disgusting of how he treated me. He is working in an agency so he should face challenges instead of saying me that it is challenging. doesn't have any manner. I don't know how owners hire these types of people

Fantastic experience: I would recommend using that travel agent they so lovely make you feel at home and they very comedical pair i have to say. They are very helpful and I use them again as you more in your comfort zone. Lovely couple.
