Fantastic experience: We used Matt for the first time to book our holiday last year. Saved us hours of trawling through internet sites (and probably a few arguments!!). We gave Matt the key criteria for what we wanted and he came back with 5 suitable options within a day. This year we've used Matt to book our summer holiday to Italy. Just as straight forward as last year. Highly recommended for hassle free holiday arranging and we didn't pay any more than we would if we'd booked online ourselves

Fantastic experience: I have used Matt's services this year on two occasions. In both cases his service was attentive and excellent. First was a trip to Australia in February when there were still a number of travel resrtictions and Matt helped us navigate these and organise a direct flight to Darwin and then on to Sydney and return the same way. In june Matt booked us to fly to Italy with Easyjet from Gatwick. Easyjet cancelled 1 week before departure and Matt emailed, before we were even aware that Easyjet had cancelled our flights. Matt had already sourced flights with BA at almost the same times from Heathrow. He organised car hire in Italy and valet parking for us at Heathrow. Everything worked a treat so we had a completely hassle free week away. Thank Matt.

Fantastic experience: We tasked Matt with the challenge of finding us the perfect honeymoon trip and wow has he delivered! Not only has he saved us thousands with free upgrades, he's negotiated much better rates than were available direct. He was patient and responsive when we chopped and changed a few different parts and delivered a package that is just spot on and we cannot wait to go across to Sri Lanka and Maldives for what should be the honeymoon of a lifetime. With so many out there who can promise you xyz for holidays, I have found Matt to actually deliver on those promises. I will be using Matt for all of our trips in the future, I know that for sure!

Fantastic experience: Matt has booked various holidays, trips and flights for me and my family. One superb trip to South Africa which involved a lot of planning as it involved my elderly father-in-law, but Matt's really understood our needs. Our multiple requests to alter plans were always greeted with a postiive and friendly response. He also was brilliant when we quickly had to change plans for my daughter on her gap year, and get her home from NZ as the Covid-19 pandemic struck. Again, he was prompt, responsive and so helpful and supportive - taking the stress away from us! Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have used Matt's services to book several trips and have always got amazing value, however, it is his customer service that really stands him out amongst the crowd. Earlier this year, I booked a family break to Dubai for May half term. When it became apparent that this wouldn't be able to go ahead without significant impact on "day-to-day" life (at the very least a requirement to quarantine on return or, at worst, a VERY expensive stay at a government hotel on return), Matt proactively contacted me to see what he could do to find different destination or date for the trip. When it became pretty much immediately clear that this wasn't financially viable, Matt found us al alternative break, in Europe, for August by which time things may be slight more "normal". Top choice, low prices, fantastic value for money and service that cant be beaten - what more could you possibly want in a travel agent?!?!

Fantastic experience: I have used multiple travel agents over the years and I have never met someone like Matt who really cares about the holiday from booking to getting home. His job is not done until we walk back through the door. We have had scenarios where we have needed to get home urgently and within 30 mins he has got us on another flight in 4 hrs.
