Fantastic experience: Thank you so so so much to the lady who dealt with my query today. After weeks of stress and going backwards/forwards to my local store I phoned customer services and got through to someone who was working in this store. It took her a few hours to sort out what my local store haven't been able to sort out in a few weeks. Can't thank her enough, I can now look forward to my holiday. Sorry I didn't get her name, but she is a credit to the company

Fantastic experience: Today me and my Fiancé came in looking for inspiration for a honey moon destination for next september. We were greeted by Jessica who was so smiley and instantly made us feel comfortable. We felt so relaxed when looking at all our options it was great. We were truly inspired by all the destinations that Jessica showed us, and went ahead and booked our dream honey moon holiday there and then! Jessicas knowledge about the holiday destination was above and beyond. The whole team was lovely and the congrats card and bubbly was truly such a sweet thing! Thank you so much for helping us make such an important decision so much easier! We will be coming back to you for all our holidays in the future!
