Fantastic experience: Sam recently organised a trip of a lifetime to Florida for my family...well, it was going to be a trip of a lifetime but it was so fantastic I think we may well have to go again soon! When we first decided to book a family holiday to Florida, I had originally thought I would research online and book everything directly myself but it soon became apaprent that there was so much information, so much choice that I really didn't have a clue where to start. That's when I decided to contact Travel Counsellors. From the outset, Sam was extremely helpful and efficient: always quick to respond to any queries I had. This excellent service continued throughout the booking process and then, when Hurricane Irma caused us to postpone our travel plans for 10 days, Sam very patiently and quickly re-booked everything for us. The holiday was absolutely brilliant and everything that Sam had planned was in place and exactly as expected. The flights went smoothly, the accommodation was lovely, the car hire was all organised, our theme park passes all ready to go. Throughout our holiday, we knew that if we had any queries about anything, we just had to contact Sam and she would be on hand to help us out. We really cannot thank Sam enough for all her hard work and for taking all the stress and organisational time off our shoulders - not to mention the money we saved as Sam was able to get us the best up to the minute prices. We will definitely be asking Sam to organise our next holiday and highly recommend her to anyone out there considering booking a holiday. Thank you, Sam! :-)
