Fantastic experience: Just back from a weeks cruising with Virgin Valiant Lady thanks to the amazing support provided by Chloe. Honestly she listened to what we wanted, even sorted flights and transfers and helped with the issues I had. Must add they were my issues as I am useless at apps! She supported with the issues I had re booking seats and boarding passes. It didn’t end there while I was on the ship she gave me advise on how to get speciality dining sorted which was amazing.
