Negative experience: Make sure if you book before.when you book holiday they promise so many thing. When you book after don't pick up even phone.i booked tunisia holiday recently. They saw the hotel room picture & here nothing like. I phoned leave a massage whatsup call no reply. Make sure you don't have hassle like me.

She helped me get the best deal and made it easy for me to book my flight. This is one of my Favorite Travel Agency so far and they offer outstanding customer service at reasonable prices. Fantastic experience: I saw an offer on the website and contacted them. The offer was not suitable to me as the dates and airport didn’t match. However I spoke with Andrew who said he would look at a custom package for me. Several conversations and messages later I have finally booked my trip to Bali today. !!! What was special about this process and booking, firstly the agent - Andrew was extremely helpful, always polite and never got frustrated with any changes I put forward. He worked hard to accommodate and find options, always wanted to help. Best of all I never felt pressured to book until I was completely happy. Andrew provided a lot of information in his quotes, such as alternative options and even recommended an itinerary of what to do and where to go at each location which is extremely helpful and we will definitely utilise. The price was much more than I ideally wanted to pay but I do think I got value for money as I know that Andrew listened and explored every possible option with me for my family holiday. Whilst there are some good travel companies out there with really nice agents, this place was outstanding and their agents really understand true customer service which is very rare these days.. the review says it all. Fantastic experience: Just back from 12 days in Orlando Florida I went on my own with 3 kids and was bit stressed about managing on my own. I booked through holiday vibes who sorted everything for me. Transfers flights accommodation was all fantastic reliable and top class. I chose the accommodation -universal hotels however holiday vibes got me a great price and both hotels were great! Would definitely book again with them and actually have for September.

Fantastic experience: Had the most amazing 5 night stay in New York booked with world holiday vibes! The packages price was amazing but the customer service was even better. Lots of back and forth until I got booked my dream holiday, follow up before I went reminding me to check in on line, wishing me a happy holiday and checking in when I got home to see how my holiday went! Issue with the airline also night before departure and world holiday spent most of the evening on the phone with me trying to support ! Would recommend !

Fantastic experience: I would like to thank Stephenie for point in us in the right direction of a lovely holiday in the Maldives. Cinnamon Dhonveli. Even though the resort is 4 stars, it gets 5 from us. The all inclusive package has been high class and not what we are used to. Rooms cleaned twice a day and the staff have been magnificent. We were apprehensive when setting off as the weather reports did not look good however it has only rained once through the day during our stay with other rain during the night. It was expected for this time on the year to be fair. This is our first time with world holiday vibes and Maldives. Guess what I’m booking with both again for next year. Fantastic experience: A great travel agent with fantastic staff! We went to Bali and used World Holiday Vibes who booked our flights, hotel and transfers. We first got into contact with a man named Demetri who was very accommodating - he checked different flights from different airports, we're based up north and he suggested that Heathrow might be cheaper to fly from but checked MAN anyway and found that to be cheaper. He booked two beautiful 5* hotels and was very patient and understanding with any concerns and questions we had. All the important documents were sent very quickly. We spotted a little mistake that may have caused us to miss our flight back but they were extremely apologetic and fixed the mistake at once (honestly the timings of the flight and transfers, it was an easy mistake to make). There was a hiccup about a week before we were supposed to fly out, we were contacted by another agent Onella, who was a lovely woman, who let us know that our second hotel that we were going to stay at had had a covid outbreak and so she quickly changed us to a different hotel. The star rating wasn't compromised and Onella was very prompt in sending us information about the new hotel which was great. Unfortunately they were fully booked and we had to be changed to ANOTHER hotel. This is because their policy is to confirm the hotel change with the customer before finding availability which was frustrating at the time because we really liked the second hotel and it was now 2 days before we fly out. Onella sorted us out though with a lovely villa, and was profusely apologetic for the inconvenience. All in all a great experience with this company and had a wonderful holiday

Fantastic experience: Requested a quote from this company and was helped by a really nice person called Ava who checked the many different dates for me to coincide with possible annual leave dates. Brilliant service and produced alot of great deals at the most beautiful hotel. Unfortunately due not able to book the dates I want due to work reasons for myself and partner and wanting to go in the winter season but will definitely be booking with this company when our dates are confirmed.
