Fantastic experience: Lee recently booked a great trip to the Paris Olympics for us. He booked our transport and accommodation, choosing an excellent location for accessing all the events we had booked, and was super professional and helpful throughout.

Fantastic experience: I would thoroughly recommend Lee to organize any holiday as his attention to detail was great. He had all the answers to the many questions I asked, or went away and found them really quickly. We were in Italy for the European Athletics Championships, and I did an add-on tour down to Naples and Sorrento with trips to Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast. Any issues were down to Italian organisation (in particular railways!!) and totally outside of Lee's control. He really cares about all his clients. Whilst in Naples, he researched a restaurant in Naples, ran by a family for the locals which he took a group of us to, and we had a fantastic and really authentic Italian meal (also really good value). I will definetely be calling on Lee's expertise for my next foreign holiday.

Fantastic experience: We used Travel Counsellors (Lee Munn) to arrange flights, rail and accommodation on a trip to Hungary. The booking procedure, quotes, follow-up communication and dedicated App were all excellent. All parts of the holiday were completed without a hitch and the 3 night stay on Lake Balaton was a fabulous way to unwind, after a busy week in Budapest.

Fantastic experience: Lee is very professional, gives an excellent service, replies very swiftly to any query, and on the phone sounds like a jolly nice person. I have booked several holidays with him, including one which ultimately had to be cancelled due to the first Covid lockdown. So not only did he book the holiday, he then had to unbook it and negotiate refunds, which must have taken him hours. He works hard to create the perfect package, gives you plenty of options and alternatives. I highly recommend using him.

Positive experience: Lee did an excellent job of arranging our trip to Austria and Switzerland. Everything prior to departure was taken care of despite the ongoing issues with Covid and Airlines etc. If you are thinking of using him I highly recommend you do.

Fantastic experience: Hi Lee- the journey home was really smooth. I was able to check in very quickly at the Lufthanse desk, and getting through security only took about 10 minutes. Munich airport is big, so it took about 15 minutes to find the Gate, but it was all clearly signposted. The flight took off only a few minutes late. Once at Birmingham airport, passing through security was fairly easy (it was quite early in the morning!). The baggage then arrived after about 10 minutes, and my case was the second one on the carousel! Thanks for all your help- I will certainly be using you again.

Fantastic experience: Our trip to Dubrovnic was wonderful. Everything went smoothly. Flights were on time as were the transfers. We would recommend Hotel Valamar Argosy which meet all our needs. Fantastic experience: I first met Lee in Doha at the World Athletics Championships in 2019. He and David worked tirelessly to make all the stadium and sightseeing trips for the supporters in the face of some real local difficulties. When our son was selected to go to the Championships in Oregon this year at very short notice, we did not hesitate to contact Lee and David again. I'm glad we did! It is clear that travel obstacles are very different to those in Doha but equally difficult to overcome. Lee was incredibly responsive and happy to investigate various add-ons to tailor our trip.
