Fantastic experience: Mary is amazing, I have booked two holidays with her and another to come. Mary took a brief getting to know what was important to us, having travelled with kids herself she understood what we was looking for and how small details impact a family holiday. We have booked a summer holiday and Ski trip with her and both although very different were exactly what we needed. Fantastic experience: My friend and I wanted to book a short break away in the sun. We decided to choose Palma as the destination and Mary went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing trip. Upon arrival, we were given a free room upgrade and a bottle of cava courtesy of Mary and she even ensured that the hotel provided gluten free options for myself. Fantastic experience: We spent 4 fantastic days in Venice. We visited St Marks Basilica's, Doges Palace, Murano with the glass factory and demonstration, Burano where we enjoyed a meal for our wedding anniversary and Torcello all organised by Mary. Nothing was too much trouble and we were kept up to date on any travel delays. The hotel was exactly what we wanted and Mary had even organised a surprise for us with heart balloons and Prosecco with chocolates in the room.
