Fantastic experience: Fantastic service provided by Brother Mohaiminul and the rest of the team at Love Umrah. I don’t usually use agencies for Umrah but as I was travelling with a large family group, I was hoping it would be easier to go with an agent. Love Umrah gave me the best prices, and their communication was outstanding; they were very responsive even during the trip and kept me informed of everything regarding the ground transportation. Negative experience: I had dealt with love Umrah believing love Umrah would be perfect what I’m looking for, I dealt with Arif , May many good promises, He offered me a package fir Umrah that didn’t appeal to me ? So I took the ticket deals of him & 1 thing I mentioned to him we’re 3 of us going from Birmingham on Saudi Airline to Jeddah & 2 r returning back to Uk & 1 going to Pakistan Islam Abad all ticked need to be 46kg specially with dates & I asked them about Zamzam r we allowed to take Zamzam & the said yes 100% , Alhamdulillah after sending time in Umrah May ALLAH AZAWAJAL accept , we’re booking boarding on line & c I am only allowed 23kg I have already bought the dates & asked the Airline & they said ur Ticket agent booked it for u , we can’t do nothing ! They’ve done that to save the cost of ticket & Zamzam is not allowed from Jaddah ! But allowed from any other Airports ! Had to pay 301 extra to get my extra luggage booked with them , but been deprived of Zamzam & u can not cargo Zamzam from Saudies either ! Very bad dealing I had with love Umrah .com & they wudnt accept their fault ! I’ve tried every throng , Airlines r telling me only they can change it for u cos they booked the tickets for u without extra charges we can’t do it but ur agent can ! But wen I spoke to Arif & Evan to the manager , they r very stubborn & R blaming me or the airline but would not take the blame , please be aware check all ur details before confirming, I would never recommend anyone !!!!!! Allegations of False Promises: Regarding the promises you mentioned, our services are confined to providing flight and accommodation arrangements, and our records do not show any promises beyond these services. 6. Frustration During Your Journey: We were quite shocked by the WhatsApp message you sent at the end of your trip, where you took a selfie in the state of Ihram in front of the Kaaba, with the message, "I am standing in front of the Kaaba & in Ihram & this will curse you." This was surprising and concerning to our team, but we took it as a moment of frustration on your part. 7. Integrity and Customer Service: We have upheld our integrity throughout our interactions and have extended every possible courtesy. The accusation of altering ticket costs is unfounded, as we only pass on the price set by the airline. 8. Public Disclosure: We pride ourselves on the honesty and straightforwardness of our service, and it's disheartening to face allegations that misrepresent the situation. Fantastic experience: It was mine and my sons first time going umrah. I contacted LoveUmrah randomly from Google. Alhumdulilah I’m so grateful that I did. Brother Arif sorted everything from hotels in Makkah, Medina, transfers, visas..A-Z basically he took it upon himself to organise it all and most importantly he did not get tired of me asking questions which I was not sure of as it was our first time. We stayed at SwissOtel which was located few mins walk from Al Haram and the hotel was definitely 5 stars. I would highly recommend LoveUmrah to others and would definitely use them in the future. Fantastic experience: Went to perform Umrah with a group of 8 people. Shahneela helped us by creating a package suited to our requirements. We stayed at Pullman Zamzam Makkah and Medina. Our package included breakfast, flights & car transfers. Shahneela always responded very quickly when we had any questions. While there were a few problems brought on by hotel regulations, Love Umrah worked tremendously hard to find quick and efficient solutions. My experience has shown me that while the majority of tour operators are courteous and helpful when you are making a reservation, very few are helpful when there are problems. There isn't a single travel agency that I would use. I can tell that Love Umrah keeps their promises and provides the best customer service. Throughout the entire process, they are kind, incredibly professional, and helpful.
