Fantastic experience: Excellent customer service

Negative experience: Went to umrah in December 2022 with this agency. Our rooms in Medina were not up to the standards of what we paid for. We were a group of 5 people that booked a quad room but they ended up give us 3 beds in a small double room. I called and explain the situation to Mokhlis and he assured me that I would get some compensation. After struggling with the rooms for 3 nights, bearing in mind we were 3 adults and 2 children sharing a very claustrophobic room, we came back to the UK and called Mokhlis and he said he was in the process of getting our money back. In April 2023, Mokhlis told me through text not even bothering to call me, that the money had been refunded back to the agency. Following this text, I tried multiple of times to contact him in every form but he was not answering my calls or my text even though he was reading and actively posting on his WhatsApp status, meaning he was just blatantly ignoring me. Fast forward to today, I’m still trying to contact him and Mokhlis is still ignoring me. I am still calling the agency multiple of times to get my money and even the employees are ignoring me. Even after not receiving my money back, I still enquired for a package for December 2024 and the agency would take my details and say they will give me a package. But I have yet to receive anything. When I asked the employees about Mokhlis and if I can speak to Mokhlis, they actively ignore my request. I am disgusted by this agency and how they are treating me. Umrah is suppose to be a peaceful journey but it seems like this agency is interested in scamming people out of their money.

Fantastic experience: These guys made everything so easy for us, everything was on point and if anything was needed they were only one phone call away. Would recommend them to anyone who wants to go, especially if it’s your first time going like it was for us!

Fantastic experience: Iv used a few agencies in the past and i must say this has been the best by far! The service we got from here from ontime hajj & unrah were second to none. They went out of their ways to tailor the package to meet all our needs and the advice given was excellent. When we got there the representatives they have out there were absolutely amazing and so accommodating. We went with a 2 year old and honestly they made our journey so easy and comfortable. A big shout out to abdul haleem bhai who is the manager out there who was so easy to contact and he was always there for us for whatever we needed, whether that was advice or to show us around. They took their time and did not rush any part of our journey, cannot fault these guys one bit. Whatever they promised from the original booking they delivered plus more!!! its nice to have an agency you can fully trust and just dont abandon you once you get there. Thank you guys especially zakariya bhai for all the support and accommodation you guys provided for us. Yous truely made our umrah trip very easy and comfortably for us and we pray you guys have the highest of success in this world but most importantly in the hereafter for all your efforts for the hajis! Positive experience: I would highly recommend this service for anyone who is considering doing Umrah. My family used this company to book our trip earlier this year and they offered a tailored and bespoke service to meet our needs. We are from London and had family joining us from Bangladesh and I was impressed by how efficiently they worked to ensure the trip was successful without any fault. They were responsive to queries both before and during the trip and the hotels were in excellent locations. Their staff are on the ground are personable and make you feel at ease.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been using other travel agencies for Hajj and Umrah from 1999 and we've been blessed to have gone to Hajj and Umrah around 30 times so far alhamdulillah, yet the experience we had with Ontime Hajj and Umrah has outperformed the others by far. The only regret is that we didn't discover this agency sooner. Brother Mokhlis was very helpful in every step of the journey. Any concerns or queries we had, he made sure he attended to our needs straight away and made it his priority. His team also in Mecca and Madinah shared the same supportive mindset and provided an excellent service. And it's not only Hajj and Umrah that we've used Ontime Hajj and Umrah for, but we've also used this travel agency for travelling to many other countries such as Singapore, Malaysia and Dubai because they provide the cheapest prices (for tickets and also hotels) and the best service. Fantastic experience: I booked my family umrah package with Ontime Hajj & Umrah Alhamdulliah brothers looked out well for us not only in UK but in Saudi too. I wanted to say huge thanks to brother Zaharia for making our umrah possible with zero to none headache of traveling issues or transfer between Makkah to Madina. Hotel was 5* with amazing package prices which I couldn’t get off anyone. Fantastic experience: Went to Umrah in april with my family and on time Hajj. They were so welcoming and helpful and everything they could do they would do to help . Would highly recommend and may Allah swt continue tonl provide us with Honest merchants and travel agebts such as these brothers Moklis Bhai Moulana Belal and the brothers situated in saudi.

Fantastic experience: An outstanding hajj and umrah group; extremely helpful and always around to aid the pilgrims. I do recommend do your own research, as the group does give you information, but realistically cannot deliver a full hajj course which is not really their job, but many people going hajj expect a full hajj course which is not possible; however they do answer all questions and do cover basic hajj rites. All leaders were fantastic, helpful and very patient. You always will see them around, as they make themselves available and are very approachable. A great group and I'm glad I choose a London based group and not a local Derby group; I had the best experience and would love to make this blessed journey again with this group, InshaAllah.

Fantastic experience: I booked a 5* Umrah package for 3 of my family members with Ontime, I was recommended to this company by a very close friend. Upon initial contact I spoke with Zakaria to get more information as this was the first time my family visiting the house of Allah. Zakaria was very helpful with all the information which I required to go ahead with the package. It was for 14 nights 7 in Mecca and 7 in Medina. I went ahead with the package and within 1 day of providing all document, visa’s was applied for and flights were booked. Visa took about 5 working days to come back and all booking confirmation was handed back to me. Once my family reached Mecca, one of their colleagues received them who were a great help from getting them from the airport to check-in into hotel. They helped them with getting the sim cards to get there communication up and running. I spoke with them who were surprised and delighted with the services they received. I also booked transport from Mecca to Medina and back with Ontime the colleagues in Saudi prearranged timing for them to collect them from the hotel. Overall my family was completely satisfied with all the services Ontime Hajj and Umrah provide, I would use them again and recommend them to all my family and friends just for the fact of constant communication and the service was 5*.

Fantastic experience: Alhamdulillah just came back from our Umrah trip with my brother and sister in law. As this was the first time for us going, we were slightly nervous at first, however, Moklis Bhai organised everything for us. He got us an amazing deal for our flights, travel and 5* hotels. Our driver Halim Bhai drove us from Medina to Makkah which he doesn't usually do but made an exception for us. He made us feel at home instantly and is such an amazing, genuine guy, he inspired us so much, so happy to have met him! If you're fortunate enough to have him as your driver/tour guide you definately have to ask him to make you a cup of tea. Something we all craved throughout our trip (and nothing ever came close to it :) ). Fantastic experience: Alhamdullilah we returned back from Umrah, On-Time Hajj and Umrah organised a personalised package with very good prices. From the flights, visa, transport, to hotels and ziyarat all was excellent. Moklis mama created a tailored package to meet our needs as we went as one group and then split with 2 members coming back early due to work. We did not have any stress and were able to focus on our religious duties, they provided me with several options, and always advised us on best. I definitely recommend their services!
