Fantastic experience: We went for Umrah as a family of seven at the beginning of August for 10 days. Skyview provided excellent support throughout the entire process, from the initial inquiry to our return home. They maintained clear and consistent communication, which made planning much easier. The Saudi representative was particularly helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met on the ground. The hotel and flight bookings were well-organized and met our expectations. Overall, we had a smooth and well-coordinated experience. I would highly recommend Skyview to anyone planning their Umrah and would definitely consider using their services again.

Fantastic experience: We recently went on a 10-day Umrah trip with my family in early August and Skyview did an excellent job. Everything was well-organised, from the visas, flights to the hotel, and their representative in Saudi Arabia was very helpful. The Ziyarah was also included in the package and we were able to explore the sites properly, unlike our previous trip with another agency where we had to view places from the car and pay for Ziyarah as an extra charge. Overall, I’d highly recommend Skyview for anyone planning their Umrah and we’ll definitely consider them for future trips.

Negative experience: NEVER USE THIS TRAVEL AGENCY! They are the worst ever! Communication is poor, we had to chase them up for everything the guy mahbub I believe was his name wouldn’t pick up his calls or return calls after calling 10 plus times and it was really difficult, they are down right liars. They didn’t not provide the hotels they said they would, the made it out as they were doing us a favour for accommodation that we already paid for. I had to book a separate hotel and pay from my own pocket once I arrived to madinah because they didn’t give us the hotel they stated originally and the hotel they gave us had bed bugs and cockroaches. There are no words to describe the team Sky View Travels they are literally the worst,(refraining from bad language) taking money from travellers in the name of Allah and umrah. I advise everyone to stay clear especially if you’re travelling with family. I could go on forever about how terrible our experience is with this agency, everyone that we met during umrah that used them also had similar complaints about the service. Do yourself a favour and book umrah yourself and don’t use these guys. I would give 0 stars if there was an option He is lucky I didn’t resort to physical violence for the sake of Allah and umrah that’s how bad the experience was with them.

Negative experience: My family used this agency for April Ramadan 2024 and we booked our tickets in May 2023 with them - A WHOLE YEAR IN ADVANCE Even then they didn’t provide us with the hotels they said they would, they changed our hotels for both Makkah and medinah Worst experience ever! Hotels had cockroaches and bedbugs The Sky View Team - Mahbub worst person to deal with avoid these scammers Very disheartened to leave such a negative review and I can say more but Allah will take care of this in the next life but this review is to save others from misery and save money from scam companies like this. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

Negative experience: Only ever heard terrible reviews about this agency from family members and having read a few other reviews on here I would totally avoid using this agency if you want to have a pleasant umrah trip!!

Negative experience: Disappointed with the service we received.

Negative experience: What a horrible service provided by this travels! They ruined the first umrah experience for my family and I, aswell as for others in the group. We missed both friday Jummahs, and they rushed everyone to begin umrah and left us with no guidance. Every single person was lost and the whole afternoon and night was wasted while we were in the state of Ihram. The so called 5 minute walk to the haram from our hotel was in fact 20 minutes and from 7 days we had a maximum of 4 days to do everything! On ziyarat day we were shown only 2/4 of the sites. The speaker was bengali and he spoke/sang on volume 100 all the way through without telling us what we were actually looking at. He didn't care to speak English even though many people were non bengalis and others who could not understand his dialect. Furthermore, they booked us into the dirtiest hotel in Madinah and we spend the whole day travelling and had 1 day to do ziyarat, pray in Nabawi, and visit Rawdah. I am so disappointed and advise you all to stay clear from them. They are making money from pilgrims in the name of Islam!

Fantastic experience: I have been with Skyview for hajj and umrah with my family few times alhamdulillah. They have done everything in their control to provide best service as promised. Going to hajj or umrah is an invitation from the almighty Allah. I have recommended them to my family and friends. All brother's from skyview are doing an excellent job. May Allah reward them for the hard work.

Negative experience: DO NOT BOOOK WITH THESE GUYS!!! Group of 27 people went, These guys do not give you iterney before hand they give it one day before. Too cut back there cost they put 5 people ( 4 female and 1 male ) in one room, disgusting had a horrible umrah trip. This is not right you guys are selling a holy trip and scamming people for money do not trust or visit this place. Comment notes; * After sale experience do not communicate with you and avoid taking calls * on paper they Write 4 people to eat breakfast when it’s actually 5 people and we had to argue with the hotel to eat a meal we paid for ( how emrassing) * flight bookings all messed up. I advise everyone to avoid this place. As a Muslim brother it’s discusting How you treat people and mislead them to something that is not true. You guys avoid people when guys mess up. This is not a service. Islamicly morally you guys are horrible. Travel date : 18 th December - 31st December I hope you guys follow the practice of Islam and better your self. Jazak’allah Niamul

Fantastic experience: What can I say about this Agency. To be honest I have never experienced agency like this before. I have been dealing with them since 2015. I have done first Haj with them and have enjoyed like I know them for years . Since then I go every year for Umrah with them. I just give my dates and they do everything for me. They are very friendly and try to do everything they can to make you satisfied. Another advantage is, they have people over at Makah to look after you if necessary, so you feel completely relaxed. Fantastic experience: We have just returned from Hajj with Mahbub Bhai's team at Sky View Travels. Alhumdulillah everything went smoothly. Both hotels in Makkah and Madina were a stone's throw away from the masjids. Food was delicious and plentiful. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Sky view made our once in a lifetime pilgrimage truly memorable, organising tours to key historical/islamic sights. May Allah reward them abundantly. Will recommend Sky View travels without any reservations in'shaa'allah.
